I have done so many surveys, some lasting as long as 30 minutes, only to finish and NOT rewarded any points. I'm told this is a 3rd party issue. Well, if you have them on your site, you should be responsible. BE AWARE, you may or may not receive one single point for your time used on so many of these surveys that SurveyMonkey put out on their site.

And whenever they ask for zip code I put it it resolve to account blocked, please go back to your usual procedure

Good service, but can get expensive quickly. Company is very responsive and looks for opportunities to effectively support small businesses.

They are being used for refund scams. I got an email targeted at New Zealand Spark customer, of which I am not a customer, claiming I was due a NZD $219.49 reimbursement. Sorry but Trustpilot does not allow link as proof.

So, for one, one of my assignments is to make a survey. Why on earth is the pricing so much for a person who is just using this to submit an assignment to learn how to make surveys? At least offer the first one free and if they were to make more than you can add a subscription because you know the person will be making more surveys. Unbelievable. I get everywhere is money hungry, but this can help students who are learning for their first try.

This company is a scam. I'm looking to lodge a complaint with further legal action against them. There is no prompt to accept any auto renew, they make is near impossible to cancel and the only notice you get from them about the renewal is the receipt with the transaction to your credit card. These are all against ACCC regulations and pretty clear wide spread. This is a clear tactic to steal money in the most scummy way.

They conned me into joining on my iPhone, now they make it impossible to delete my account on my iPhone! It is only possible to delete an account on a computer!!!!

I used to be quite satisfied with SurveyMonkey back in 2020. During that time, I relied on the platform for small surveys in my teaching and even encouraged my students to use it for their own projects.

Unfortunately, the platform has since become extremely expensive, and the high price is not justified by the level of service provided.

What disappointed me most was that my account, including all stored data, was deleted without much prior notice. I consider this a highly questionable practice. To make matters worse, I continued to receive promotional emails, which I can not unsubscribe from because my account had already been deleted. These emails led me to believe that my account was still active.

Overall, this does not leave a particularly trustworthy impression, and I can no longer recommend this platform.

Tried completing survey about my visit to health centre using my default Firefox browser but my answers could not be selected (tick failed). So I switched to Google browser to complete successfully. There is a misspelling on "information" in the form.

Would give less than one star if possible. Using the program for schooling purposes and ended up spending over $3000 for incomplete data. Instructions were unclear and assistance is not readily available or provided. I requested support before using the tool and received none. I requested a meeting to ask my questions before using the tool and it was canceled. I used the tool because it was already written into a dissertation plan - which has taken me 2 years to complete. Now needing support, because responses were not replaced and a total number of participants is not available, I am not getting answers or able to reach someone. They want me to pay for a phone call but won't return an e-mail request (the only way the offer free contact). Basically, if you're not a Survey Monkey pro don't spend the money. If you aren't a large corporation they don't care about your project or what you have to spend. DO NOT RECOMMEND. Use competitors.

We're paying for a $400 annual account. Want cross-tabs? Upgrade for $1,000. Want more than four AI answers? Upgrade for $1,000. Monthly -- no, not possible -- annual only. The software is VERY good, and the company is endlessly greedy.
