I discussed my needs with Sustechs about EV charger with the condition to connect to solar energy at later stage.
They did offer me a date to install the charger and job done.
Despite the long distance, Their 2 friendly technicians arrived on time and explained the job procedure.
An efficient job with a clean finishing was the results they left behind.

I worked with SUstech because of their interest and creativity in expanding my existing solar capability. They stuck at it until we had a design that would work, spent lots of time monitoring and tweaking the system to get the 2 solar systems working together (not easy) as well as working with us on pergola design to house the new panels. We are now running a 5 bedroom house and an outdoor swimming pool, using no electricity on sunny days. Excellent service.

We approached Sustechs some time ago with a view to getting advice on how we could save energy at home and potentially install solar panels. Using their own knowledge and input from local suppliers they were able to advise us about a range of products including some which were relatively low cost.
We now have solar panels, a battery and have had some other smaller work done.
Not everything went smoothly: The battery in particular did not behave as expected and it took us some time to get the manufacturer to accept that it was faulty and eventually replace it. Hattie from Sustechs has helped us along the way with such issues and is continuing to do so as we try to obtain an overdue DNO certificate from the grid operator.
We are likely to be returning to Sustechs as there are a number of add-ons we may consider in the future.

I have worked with Jon Cullum for 18 months or so and I have always found Jon extremely helpful. I have also met other members of the team and they are really good people to work with. I would have no hesitation in recommending Sustechs. I have shared all sorts of environmental data with Jon to help understand how Beagle spends money on energy and Jon and the team have come back with some really good solutions to help us reduce our energy costs. One example is as follows.
Sustechs installed a energy monitoring tool in one area of the factory to measure the energy usage where we were using 19 x 140 watt lamps. Sustechs then replaced these
Lamps with LED lighting with motion sensors. This means we replaced 19 light fittings each consuming 144 watts of energy with 19 LED lights consuming 70 watts each.
Based on the energy cost at this date (Jan 2022) the cost per day with the original 144 watt light fittings was £5.10. After the installation of the 70 watt LED fittings this cost was reduced to
£1.19 per day. It was the installation of the monitoring tool which provided the data. My plan is to install LED lighting with sensors throughout the site.
Jon is working closely with me to install other energy saving equipment throughout the site.
I hope this small example provides you with sufficient information and I have recommended Sustechs to many other businesses who have contacted me.

I bought an infra-red heating panel for my office. The pre-sales and post-sales support was attentive, prompt and helpful. Most importantly, the IR panel heats my office and my clients now!

Sustechs are so much more than just an IR panel supplier. Their offer includes innovative consultancy (they work with corporate organisations as well as minnows like me) and have some great products (their cooling system for computer server farms is incredible ... it's in their showroom and blew my mind). If you're looking for sustainable solutions for a range of things, I would give them a call.

Recent bought a portable heater for the house and thought I would give Sustechs a try as they are a local company and I had heard of there wallpaper radiator. The portable heater I have is amazing when you switch it on it warms up in minutes and will reduce my gas bill significantly definitely one of the best buys I have ever made.

I have received a lot of great info from Jon as Sustechs and made my first purchase of 5 infra red heating panels for one project at a hotel. I am very pleased with this form of heating. It is quick , efficient and relatively cheap to purchase. Economical to run.
I am working with Sustechs on reducing costs on refridgeration, air con and solar panels.
They really seem to have all the knowledge on these energy saving products and are happy to do 'proof of concept' before installing.
I do recommend them highly if you are considering saving energy in your commercial premises.
