I was gifted a Rogue lighted Grill for…

I was gifted a Rogue lighted Grill for my 2010 Tacoma and one of the led Raptor lights stopped working. Called Tacoma Lifestyle to purchase 2 more lights, one to replace the burned out one, and one to have as a spare.
They asked for a purchase invoice number and I told them it was a gift from a service member that is currently overseas and unreachable. I told them I’m not looking for a free replacement but to purchase them.
Was informed without an invoice I’m out of luck. They can not proceed. What?????
Again I just wanted to BUY a couple and they wont sell me any. Crazy and just horrible customer service. Stay away from this company.

Worst support ever

Worst support ever - after shipping me a broken unit of a dashcam I ordered, I spent 2 weeks just trying to get ahold of support to help me. It took two days after reaching out for them to respond, which they said "make sure everything is plugged in all the way" as if I wouldn't have already checked that. Then after responding right away and asking for next steps or for them to send a replacement, they proceeded to ignore my daily respectful attempts to reach out and resolve the issue. I even reached out to the unit manufacturer, who was quick to respond and also confirm the unit sent was broken with a couple days, but they couldn't send the replacement to me because the seller (Tacoma Lifestyle) was ignoring them too. I then asked for a refund since they were ignoring me, but they of course ignored that too. I am now having to dispute the charge through my credit card. This is insane - I've never had this bad of an experience. What should have been the easiest 1-day dashcam installation experience has turned into a customer service nightmare. NEVER use this site, I certainly won't be

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. Order shipped fine, one billet aluminum shift knob was a-ok, however the mirror turn signals had one of the 2 not functioning. Of course I reassembled my mirror with the factory signal and ask for a return. They ask for pictures, I send, then they ask for a picture of the box they came in, sent and after all that they asked me to see if I could fix or repair the new purchase and after they wanted me to disassemble my mirror, plug in the junk and take a video to prove it doesn’t work.

Are they stupid! $54 item. My time is worth more than that. Stay away from Tacoma Lifestyle

I have saved all my correspondence with this fly by night scam company

I reported this to the BBB, not sure that’ll do anything. All I can say is I will NEVER do business with them again.

Disappointing at best

Its my own fault for ordering through them I know better. When purchasing something you should order directly as you can to the person selling. Tacoma Lifestyle is a third party seller purchasing from another third party seller. Makes long waits for items and makes for most certain wrong items being sent considering so many different people have been included. They do a very mediacore job at best in taking care of anything. Find what catches your eye and then go find that product more directly instead of purchasing from them.

DO NOT USE

Website lists product to fit my truck. Upon arrival it does not fit. I wrote asking for either clarification or the ability to return several times and I have NEVER received any response.

48 days and still not the correct item!!!!!!

Original order was placed on Dec. 7th, 2023. I have been waiting 48 days to receive my correct order. I have received the incorrect item twice now and have been told each time that the issue was corrected and it wouldn't happen again, but it did. I am now waiting up to an additional two weeks before my replacement order will be shipped out to me again. Customer service is slow and sometimes takes up to two days to respond to emails. There is no phone number provided to talk to someone in sales or customer service to get issues resolved.
