I ordered my Sodiroi Aff from Morv at the Aroid Collective. The communication was lovely as I was thanked and told the plant would be shipped asap, the plant came the next day beautifully wrapped, you can really tell a lot of care goes into their business and can’t recommend them enough! Not my first order nor my last.

I ordered an Anthurium Crystallium and it was my first purchase here. The anthurium is amazing and I am impressed with the speedy delivery. Seller’s communication is very good which definitely gave me more confidence o the purchase. I will definitely shop here again!

Morven is excellent as ever. This was my second order and communication etc is great. Well packaged and a free one added in. Also followed up with a discount code for the future.

After originally buying a Thai Constellation that I was very happy with my second purchase was a very large queen anthurium. The whole buying experience was great from receiving photos of the plant to quick delivery to care advice. The plant is stunning and very well looked after. Happy customer 😬.

This was my first order with Aroid Collective and I was not disappointed! Exceptional customer service, packed brilliantly and arrived very fast. Also you can tell a plant retailer that really cares by the potting mix they use and the care that has been put into the plant. Also from a green perspective all packaging was reused from other purposes (recyclable) and it had been repotted in an existing nursery pot - so little wastage!

Definitely going to be a return customer and if I could rate above 5 - I would!

I’m very happy with my purchases from TAC, but also the after care has been excellent. I don’t know many people at all who even LIKE plants, but Morven helped so much with guidance and calming my nerves and sent some really informative care videos. So valuable as a learner! Knowing I’m buying my plants from someone who doesn’t just wash their hands of them once their posted and genuinely cares about their welfare is really lovely. They also arrived on time and well packaged, zero complaints and excited for future planty purchases :)

I got my silver hero from The Aroid Collective and couldn’t be happier with condition it came in. I’ve noticed every plant I’ve bought from them always has an active growth point or is nearly the unfurling a new leaf. Great experience and good prices.

The first plant I bought from Morven was a cutting and had developed a little bit of rot, which she fully disclosed before sending. However it got worse while in transit and she allowed me to send the cutting back for a full refund.

The second plant I purchased was perfect and arrived timely and in great condition. Morven was responsive to questions, answering several a day to ease my mind and help me. I would highly recommend her!

When I first recieved the order it was the wrong plant HOWEVER, Morven was quick to fix this and refunded me the postage so that we could organise the swap with the other unfortunate plant person. All-in-all, it was an amazing website: easy to navigate and actually decent prices for rarely found plants, the service was fantastic besides the little hiccup but it's totally expected from a newly formed business and the communication was absolutely outstanding: they were quick to reply, extremely sweet and professional and offered a discount voucher for my next purchase because of the teething issue. I am a fan of the Aroid Collective and super happy to find a site that offers plants that are definitely taken care of by a fellow plant lover! Can't wait to buy another plant ❤

Ordered a Syngonium Albo and it arrived in great condition - packaging was very safe and it arrived quickly. So happy to have found this shop, lots of great rare plants and good prices for them too. Would definitely recommend for anyone interested :)

Incredible experience and will be ordering again! I ordered two plants a syngonium T24 and an aglaonema pictum tricolour. Both arrived in perfect condition, amazing packaging and are adjusting well to my environment. Prices were very fair and there is a great range of plants available. Also, the picture you see is the plant you get which is great to know what to expect or even have a choice if there is more than one of them available. Would 100% recommend!

I am a returning customer to The Aroid Collective. My first purchase was a Syngonium pink splash/red spot. Came as a 2 leaf rooted cutting, and is now a 5 leaf full plant. I have since purchased 2 seedlings; Anthurium Magnificum and Forgetii White Stripes. Both are thriving, with absolutely no response to shipping. They are packaged securely and with love. Morven clearly does this because she has a love for plants, and wants them to do well. Customer service is amazing. Always there to answer any questions, responsive and friendly too. 100% recommend. I can’t wait to buy more!!

Bought a strawberry ice Syngonium because it was the best price I had ever seen one go for so figured what do I have to lose. Turns out absolutely nothing - the plant arrived so well rooted and healthy that it’s already throwing out a new beautifully variegated leaf! The packaging was excellent, and special care was taken to seal the soil so it didn’t end up all over my carpet which is always appreciated. Will be keeping my eyes peeled for the next stock drop!

Absolutely amazing plants at extremely fair prices. Nice to see a company caring about the sustainability and sourcing of their products. The plant was packaged perfectly using recycled materials which is another plus for me!
Will definitely be purchasing again!
