I would recommend this company as the products they supply are very good quality and very well priced even the postage is reasonably.

Love the thing that the staff are polite, helpful and involved in this business. They real care about what you need. The products are various and hand-made .That is awesome too!

I wasn't sure if the spiral cages would be right for my purpose but after several very helpful emails between The Gem Tree and myself I ordered the recommended size of spiral cage. Fast delivery, packed well, and perfect for what I wanted.

I am in the States and I got my items in just a week! One of the pieces arrived damaged (US Postal Service's fault, no doubt) and they immediately sent me out a rplacement, no questions asked.

In this day and age, it is refreshing to say the least to find such great customer service!

The stones look bigger on photos but very small once they arrive, no sure if measure are given. Quality standard, prompt delivery.
The kunzite grid package advertised with different colours came in bits and pieces in the cheapest colour: pink, nothing in violet or green or else.
A free Judy Hall book entitlement as over a certain money value order, wasn't sent.
All in all mediocre experience.

The oils are very lovely and keep their smell. The staff are very cooperative and answer all questions and quick to respond. Goods are extremely well packed and always good quality.

I got these perfume oils from Gemtree, they're absolutley briliant; I got ten different ones, so I can mix the scents to suit day-time or night-time and create my own blend to suit the impression I want to make.
