There are such a wide range of products available, all at excellent prices. Orders are despatched quickly and are well-packaged, ensuring they arrive in as good a condition as when they left the shop. The gemstone jewellery is amazing value, as are the quality incenses. I can collect reward points and even get a free gift on occasion! There's rarely a need to contact customer services but the staff are polite and friendly - it's like dealing with pals. I've never had to chase a delivery nor have I returned anything. I do keep buying because I'm confident that, should I ever have a problem, it will be dealt with efficiently. They are very nice and respond quickly to email questions. I would buy from them again. I just wish they offered free shipping.

The quality of the hematite pendants are clean and modern! I searched everywhere for this type of pendant and Gem Tree was the only site which had such pendants. I ordered one for myself and two for gifts. I will restring the pendants with a satin cord for a dressier look, however the cord that can with the pendant can be worn with a more sporty look.
Gem Tree followed up with my order with a confirmation number and contacted me by e-mail to review the arrival of my order, since it was via air mail. It came exactly as predicted. I am looking forward to ordering with Gem tree real soon.
