My order was doubled up by mistake but they refunded me quickly. The meals were delivered well packaged with recyclable packaging. It was kept cool by ice water packets.

All the food was marked well and calorie values clearly displayed. Some are more than others so if you really want to stick rigidly to 1200 a day, you’d have to be creative with your choices. I averaged about 1400 a day but I’m quite active so I still managed to lose 4lbs in the first week.

The food was all fresh and pretty tasty for the main part. I wasn’t a fan of some of the sauces that accompanied them and there was a focus on making the meat or fish the main element of the meal, with only a small amount of veg.

I didn’t feel hungry nor was I bored with the food. I found it easy to stick to the plan and am pleased with the weight loss so far. Great for someone like me wanting to lose weight who has a busy job and life just wants it all done for me so I don’t have to think about it.

It’s really helped me think about portion sizes for the future. Oh and I got a free pot of cbd infused nut butter in the mid-week delivery!

Amazing meals, tasty and not too small - have already lost 2kg on day 4!

We have been using Balance Meals for 2 weeks now. The food is delicious and I am a picky eater. The customer service team has been fab in answering all our questions and even facilitating a personalised plan. The meals come with barcodes that scan to fitness pal. This has been helpful for our efforts to track macros and maintain a healthy intake. Highly recommend!

Almost too good to be true. This service is an absolute life saver.

The food is simply excellent. I've been able to lose about 6 pounds in the last 3 weeks on the weight loss menu. Almost every single thing I've tried was fresh and delicious apart from the chicken Katsu and the shrimp which I'm not a fan of.

The price is pretty good for service and the only two things I would change for a fifth star is to add more meals and the ability to book several weeks with different menus.

Thanks Balance Meals for spot on deliveries and great food. My daughter had a busy week, long days with short meal breaks and Balance Meals ensured she ate well and could grab a nutritious meal fast. It’s a great way to avoid less nutritious snacks or fast food which students often turn to as a default.
And I am now addicted the granola bites :)
Great service, good food fast and so convenient. Highly recommended for busy people, those trying to restore healthy eating or losing a few pounds after a lockdown weight-gain. I also think they would be a great option if you are new parents and too busy to cook from scratch or recovering from recent illness.

Tasty meals, timely delivery and quite filling.

So far I am having a great experience with balance meals. They come on time, the food is packaged very professionally and well insulated in a way I have never seem before keeping all my food chilled.. The food is lovely and I am enjoying everything about it. On the other hand I would LOVE to do this every month but it is quite pricey 😪

I am so happy with my recent orders with Balanced Meals. I don’t like cooking and want to be healthy and lose weight but never know what to make. All the meals without exception have been so tasty and I lost 3lbs in the first 4 days of using them. They turned up on time with communication of when they would arrive. I can’t recommend them highly enough.

Would not order from Balance Meals again.
A couple of my meals came wrong in the first half of my order. A curry didn’t have any rice and one dish didn’t come with any vegetables as advertised on the website. I emailed customer services and they said there was an error and the photos on the website did not match what I should have received.
My second half of the delivery, 4 of my meals were wrong. The chicken and asparagus came with no asparagus. The prawns and med veg came with no med veg. The beef and black bean stir fry came with noodles only and no stir fried peppers. The beef and super greens came with next to no broccoli. Everything is severed on a large amount of kale and not a lot else.

Such a shame, because a lot of the food is actually tasty! Just not what you would expect from £120 a week service!!

I am also not convinced the nutritional value is correct based on these errors!

Very disappointed.

I tried Balance Box & Balance Meals and without hesitation Balance Meals is so much better in terms of taste and diversity.

I lost 2 kilos within the first week of Trim & Slim so cannot be more happy.

Highly recommended.
