A friend of mine suggested balance meals a few weeks ago, and I have no intention of looking back. I have been hesitant about similar companies in the past because I always worried about how tasty they are. Balance meals manage to also pack in so much taste into one box, and there are so many meal choices to choose from! I am genuinely excited to get my delivery every week. The guys at balance meals are so helpful if you ever have any questions. It has only been three weeks, and I already love how much time I have to myself as my meals are ready to eat in minutes!

The meals are delicious, it arrived on time and was very well packaged.

Great selection of healthy, fresh and really interesting recipes. Meat was good quality. vegetables were very fresh and tasty. Portion sizes were good. Really pleased with the whole service

Excellent meal plan
The food quality is by far the best of all the meal plans I've tried this far. The food is genuinely tasty and varied.
It would be even better if we could have more flexibility to include more less days of the week, exclude breakfasts and snacks...

I don’t normally write reviews unless I’ve received an impeccable service and in this instance it has been! I’ve been trying to lose my baby weight for ages and there are so many meal prep companies online, I didn’t know where to start! I read a review in a glossy magazine about balance and it went from there.

I have been a real pain, changing my food choices, asking a billion questions but Suz has been fabulous and really understanding!

The food has been absolutely delicious and I’m all about the quality and would class myself as a bit of a foodie, I haven’t been disappointed yet, I’ve ordered 5 weeks in advance and I can’t wait to continue my journey! I’m 5lb down in the first week and I’m really excited to see what happens over the next few weeks! I’m looking forward to eating more of these flavoursome dishes and can’t wait to see what new delights are on offer with the menu change! I’ve found a real gem of a company!

Food has been excellent as has delivery in terms of regularity and also communication.
Only areas for improvement would be an environmentally friendly alternative to plastic packaging for the meals.
Also I have now had the two most recent deliveries delivered to the wrong address (9 polehamton close instead of 9 butchers row). I know this is an issue for DPD but as I’m 74 there is no chance of me getting to the door to have a word with the driver in time.

Tasty calorie carbohydrate and portion controlled food. Very convenient. For me the next best thing to a personal chef.

I am loving the Trim and Slim selection and the food is well packaged, well prepared and actually really tasty! I have been having these meals for 4 weeks now and continue enjoy them each time. There is a good selection to choose from so you can have varied meals. I honestly cannot fault them. In addition I think the communication from the Balance team has been great even when things have gone wrong so good marks on the customer service too.
Would 100% recommend!

The food arrived on time and well packaged. I'm only a couple of days in to using Balance Meals, but everything has been delicious so far. I bought the Trim and Slim meals to try and shift the lockdown pounds, and it is so much easier than calorie counting, weighing portions, or cutting out certain foods. As a busy single mum this saves me so much time and thought, and I can't wait to see the results on my waistline.

Great meals and snacks. Almost a perfect service. If only they could do the exercise for me too 😄

A little earlier today, perfectly timed, delivered with a smile wider than a mask (always a bonus) my BALANCE parcel arrived. Brilliantly packaged, their care, quality and attention to detail are evident from the get-go. Coming from a background in couriering, I know all too well how easily things can go wrong in transit, yet the Team at BALANCE impresses me tremendously here.
Likewise, when it comes to ordering. Technology, in truth, is my kryptonite, but again they come up trumps. They’re ever so helpful and the process is a breeze.
Though I usually like to keep myself private, too much information would share with you my family’s struggles with Crohn’s and/or Colitis. It rarely paints a pretty picture, and it can be quite tricky.
During a particularly irritable flare-up, BALANCE meals proved just the tonic. If it’s true to say “we are what we eat” then I admit to being much better balanced than any time before. Energised and back with a spring in step, seriously, feeling healthy, never tasted so good!
Without a word of exaggeration, this is definitively theee' best investment I’ve made in recent years. So, (long story slightly-shortened) the least I can do is leave my Thank-You and fullest recommendation for anybody considering.
One of my favourite songs ‘Friday I’m In Love’ (by The Cure), anyone who knows that is probably aware of the line “...and Sunday always comes too late”. That’s how I used to think.
Whereas now, I can sing Sundays can’t come quick enough.

I’ve recently got out of hospital suffering from covid 19 which developed into diabetic keto acidosis. A very tough experience. However, coming home to discover these parcels ordered by my daughter, massively helped in so many ways.

Being diabetic, one has to calculate carbs etc... this is especially important for me now as during my stay in hospital the diabetic team have changed my insulin routine. This takes some getting used to. Especially working out the carb content for ‘whole’ meals. You and your clearly labeled meals ‘protien,calories,fat and essentially CARBS, have removed this challenge and made it so much simpler for me at this critical transition.

I still suffer from post covid/ dka fatigue, so having the meals already prepped, again, has made my recovery so so so so much easier. (Plus little washing up etc...🙏🏼).

The range and deliciousness of each plant based meal always surpasses my expectations. You clearly care very much about your product and have worked some serious magic here!!!

Finally, my health has taken a huge hit of late, so to know everything I’m putting in my system is “balanced” nutritionally, has been nothing short of a blessing.

Where do I start! Balance Meals was recommended to me by a work colleague as she had been using them for the past couple of months and had nothing but great things to say! She was right, the flavour, freshness, quality, portions and variety of the meals are amazing! When I didn't think it could get any better I had a lovey interaction with their Customer service team (Suz) she was personable, friendly and left me feeling valued as a customer. I couldn't recommend this brand/service more!

I wanted to take the time to write a review for Balance Meals as they are by far the best food delivery brand i have used. I am 30, in normal life relatively active and a real foodie. To try and stay healthy during the pandemic and remove the hassle of food prep I opted for food delivery Mon-Fri. Prior to Balance Meals I tried Detox Kitchen and Balance Box, neither compared. Balance meals is by far the best taking into account quality of food, carefully thought menu, customer service and reliable delivery. I have been using Balance Meals "slim and trim" for two months now and feel satisfied with no food cravings (which i have had with other brands). I am already starting to see the impact on my body (combined with some exercise!) Can't recommend them enough.

I've recently purchased short-dated Balance Food through an app called Too Good To Go. I was so impressed with the food and the service that I wanted to leave a review. As a pescatarian, I was delighted to see such variety in the meals and they not only looked appetising, but were nutritionally balanced and tasty. Upon collection I was greeted by Reagan who acted as front of house. He remembered me from last time and was once again warm, personable and helpful. It doesn't take much to give great customer service, but it makes a huge impact on the overall experience. 5 out 5 guys. Well done all!

Absolutely fantastic customer service from Balance Meals 🤩 was having a few issues with broken boxes due to the delivery company so no fault of there own and they have gone above and beyond what I could of asked for in making sure not only my partner but also myself had everything we could possibly need.

I've been so impressed with the Slim & Trim box - delicious meals that don't feel like you're on a 'diet'. It's so convenient to have fresh, healthy meals ready to go, makes it much easier to stay on track.
