Took my order and payment weeks ago. Since then no communication and no tiles and now they have no website......

£10 discount voucher for signing up to mailing list which is then "not applicable" to the order. Feel ripped off after purchasing samples and the placing an order and not getting the discount or even the samples cost.

Never received my order and no reply to my email

Better communication wouldn’t hurt so that I know the tiles I’d paid for were unavailable, which I found out after badgering them.

Great colour tiles at a good price. Had to chase for delivery but arrived the next day. Super happy. Would recommend.

Strange experience. I bought tiles from this company, I had signed up for a discount offer but the code did not work at checkout. I purchased anyways but sent an email to ask why the code didn’t work. I got a response back to say that prices were already competitive and that discount codes had been discontinued. There were no T&Cs written regarding the discount, I believe this is false advertising. I was told that they would ask the IT team to fix this. Subsequently I had left some items in my basket, the next day I got another email offering a discount, the irony! This code also didn’t work.

A few days before I was due to receive my order - as per the delivery window given on purchase - I receive an email to say my order was being refunded due to issues with stock. I have received my money back in full but do feel a bit miffed about the whole experience.

Sample tiles never arrived. Contacted Customer Service and was immediately replaced. Loving the Madrid blue tile. Will be placing an order soon.

I ordered one sample tile. Waited a week it hadn't turned up. I wanted to ring to see where it had got to and could not find a phone number and only just found an email address with a lot of searching. I sent an email and got a reply that they would look into where it had got to. A further two days went by I hadn't heard anything still, so I sent another email asking if there was there an update on my order? They eventually came back to me and told me the tile was out of stock. All in all this took 10 days or more just to find out I was not going to receive my sample tile. Maybe update your website and say which tiles are out of stock so they cannot be purchased!!

Tiles delivered broken - photographic evidence provided. No follow up from the company despite chasing repeatedly.

Really pleased wit the tiles, however customer service needs improving I would have like to have had a telephone conversation with one of the team, as I had a few issues.

Although I was delivered the wrong tiles they did say it was their mistake and quickly delivered the correct ones.

A professional, no fuss, no frills, and timely supplier. The quality of the items was very good, and when I had inquiries, they were handled quickly and professionally. Will use to source high-quality tiles should the need arise, again.
