Its a great course...but...

Its a great course and very informative, response from George is very quick which is nice. Only thing that would be nice is videos as well on demonstrating some techniques such as setting up lighting, or even DIY hacks when students don't have all the Equipment. Even Video links that are already available on YouTube, they can add. But links that George would approve, practical yet proffesional as well. Thats the reason why I only give it 4 stars

This journey so far has been challenging, insightful and fun. I have to add at some stages, frustrating. However, I’ve learned so much and understand so much more. I look at everything different now.

I fell in love with light.

"... and (we) will now discuss intangibles such as the quality and feel of light. In a way, I became a photographer because I fell in love with light." - George Seper in Module 6.

This was the profound key for me to understanding photography. Except for viewing countless photographs on Facebook, I really learnt about light when I started studying how the painters from the Golden Age (Rembrandt and co.) used light, because they had to be more explicit about its application than what one normally picks up from photograps. It was not just a diploma any longer - it became an education.

This course is filled with everything a beginner needs to know and offers so much support from tutors and the online community. Amazing course for someone who would love to learn from scratch from professionals. Good feedback that is greatly helpful from assignments and a pleasure to learn from.

Everything is amazing. I get all the help I need while at the same time learning so much more!!

I am really learning a lot

I am really learning a lot. I have no ambition (Yet) to become a professional photographer. But neat to know that what I am doing is the best I can. Love traveling and want to keep my memories alive. George Seper is an excellent tutor. His assignment analysis gives insight in the mistakes made. The first modules gave plenty of foundation info, but from module 5 the fun is starting. I know that I wil have a much better understanding to take a good and sharp photo. I did not realize that there was a time limit on the course, this makes it a bit tricky to get the 12 modules done with my program.

Excellent Course

I am loving the course and the course content is challenging me to learning more and take my photography to higher levels.
I have more in-depth knowledge of the process of photography and can now see different approaches to creating a photo rather than just taking a snap shot.
Unfortunately time is my biggest challenge; balancing a demanding full time job, a home and still finding time to practice my new photography skills is difficult. I need to have more down time so I can spend it doing the things I love - taking photos and learning more about taking photos.
