Prompt problem solving

I had issues with my account and subscription to the magazine. Emailed their support and received prompt help with my issue being resolved to my satisfaction and in timely manner.

I had some issues with my subscription.

I had some issues with my subscription. However, the team worked very well with me and communicated in a very professional and kind manner. I now have all of the issues that had not been sent to me, and can not thank the team enough!

long-time subscriber of The Rake...

I’m a long-time subscriber of The Rake, and recently I missed an issue cause I was out of town. The completionist in me would not accept this, and I’m so glad I received help from Mia of The Rake Client Service Team when I contacted them. She advised me on how I should place my order, so I would not receive a duplicate copy of the same issue. I never take such efforts for granted and am glad Mia was the one who helped me and ensure no guesswork is required on my part, which is important for someone like me who like to do everything only once, correctly.

Thank you once again Mia. Now I’ll never fear missing out on the founder’s words ever again.

Promptness and professionalism.

The Rake is an excellent publication; one I very much look forward to receiving. A few months ago I realized I had failed to renew my subscription. I entered it and back ordered an issue I had missed due to the lapse. Since then I have been waiting for my new issues to arrive. I contacted Mia at The Rake. She immediately checked into it and has, in a prompt, professional and polite manner, explained the cause of the delay in shipping the issues and reassured me I shall soon be receiving them. She seems to be a most pleasant person; in fact, just the kind of person I would expect to be employed by The Rake.

Love magazine, but inconsistent delivery

I love the content of the magazine. What’s disappointing is the inconsistent timing of receiving my subscription. I’ve subscribed to many publications and can pretty much determine the week the issue would be delivered. Not so with The Rake. I’ve had to reach out on a few occasions to get the status of the delivery of the magazine. Great publication but I can’t enjoy it if I’m not receiving issues.

After coorespondences with Izzie, I have been informed that the latest issue will be delivered soon. I appreciate the prompt replies to my delivery issues. I’m taking at face value that the company is diligently working to improve the subscription delivery process to individual subscribers.

my mistake was resolved,easily

the customer service team at the Rake shopping was amazing, I had made a mistake in selecting my size for a jacket on my online order. I immediately sent the customer service team an email, and by the time I had looked at my emails again, they had responded and made the correction to my order. BRAVO. excellent and efficient service. I highly recommend the Rake.

Delayed delivery

Although my magazine was delayed twice for about two months, customer service apologized and explained it was due to the strike of the royal mail. I was unaware of this since I live in the Netherlands. Mia was very kind and understanding.
