I was 40 minutes in advance of the sales on the website. I was put in a queue still. 3 minutes after the sales started all the tickets are sold out... For system of a down...Errors that can't be true follow me trying to check out, then I am offered a ticket I don't want for twice the market value and the next minute everything is fine and all other seats and tickets are available and I can't get 1 order out of 2 canceled. All the advertised experience is a lie.

I find the cancellation policy useless. Why can't you be clear that you pay the extra fee so you can cancel it only when there's a disaster happening. The cancellation policy feels like fraud. Sorry guys.

First of all it was a great show!
The hall is very spacious and it could easily had put up more peopĺe,despite the fact it was full enough.The sound was great as well:I stood in a three different points-on the left from the scene,next to the entrance door and next to the mixer switchboard in the middle of the hall and everywhere the quality of the sound was terrific!
The beer sellers worked very efficiently-all the floor was covered by plastic glasses. :-)
The queue before beginning was long,but it moved very fast.There were many ardent "Stray cats" fans,the atmosphere was friendly and staff as well.I would definitely recommend AFAS LIVE-good memorìes!

I bought an event by accident and thought it was something else one evening at 22.00, I am from Denmark and don't speak Dutch and English can be difficult, when it comes to contracts.
They refused to give me my money back even though I called the next morning at the opening time.....
I think this is very bad customer service till foreign customers.
i don't recommend Ticketmaster Nederland at all.

Absolutely useless payment processing. Never works properly when using the App. I have complained again and again about it but never had a response or seen any improvement.
In addition, tickets you’ve bought can only be accessed in the App if you have a active internet connection as they are always dynamically retrieved. When at a busy venue, this means potentially big delays (or possibly, inability) getting your ticket(s). Seriously. Useless.
