Melancamp put on a great show

Melancamp put on a great show, and so did Willie but Dylan....-- he really needs to retire. He's brilliant and I still endlessly listen to his vast studio renditions but his live shows, as has been the case for a while now, are painful to watch.

We Kept The Party Going!

It was great to be in the company of Parrotheads, all singing and crying and dancing and laughing at the same time. The Reefers paid tribute to Jimmy and his spirit was clearly there. It was a "no frills" experience with minimal attention to staging or merch and that was actually refreshing. It was all about the music. His music. Their music. So happy to have been there.

Ticket Delivery

It took a while to get my tickets and the phone number for Ticket Smarter was not working, so I was worried that I would not be able to get the them, but the tickets finally got transferred and everything went smoothly after that. I attended the NFL Hall of Fame Induction Ceremony. This was my first experience with Ticket Smarter. I will now have confidence to use them again

Front Row Seats for a Fair Price!

Front row seats on Ticket master were sold out for Janet Jackson and Earth Wind and Fire! Thanks to ticket smarter I was able to score front row seats to both shows for a reasonable price and I had an amazing time at both shows!! I highly recommend ticket smarter for your concert buying experience!!

Epic Night for a Phenomenal Band!!!

Great show! The Stones were fantastic as were all the players accompanying them. The venue however, SoFi stadium in LA, CA, is not built for concert sound. They had the roof on top of it so the sound was better than when they played there in 2021, but there was still strange echo effects due to the sides of the stadium being open so the sound did not have any walls to bounce back off of. If I didn't know the song lyrics, I would have had a hard time understanding them. I could not understand what Mick was saying, so will have to catch the concert replay on You Tube to catch that. But the Stones want to play for the most fans possible and filled the place up twice, so I am thankful for that. I just wish these stadiums would consider music and not just sports when building these venues. Also, I saw the opening Stones show in Houston, and it was really cool that they did several different songs at the two shows, so the shows were different in some ways, and that was cool!

Work on communication

Besides having a miscommunication about how the email with ticket delivery was being delivered, once I figured out your mistake…..there were no other issues. We had an amazing time 💯❤️❤️❤️ Starlight is a very cozy venue.

The email that you received is sent using an automated system that goes out to customers the day after their event to gain feedback on the ticket-buying process with TicketSmarter. This automated email messaging currently does not account for event postponements or cancellations. Unfortunately due to health concerns, Neil Young & Crazy Horse have canceled this event along with the rest of their previously scheduled tour dates. As this event was canceled, a refund will be issued for this order and the transaction will be reflected in your financial statement.

No resale allowed

You would not let me resell my Willie Nelson tickets. You would not let me set a price, you required a high price no one would pay. Your system told me you could not complete my transaction, try again several times! I spent way over an hour total & still u would not allow me to sell. I was too sick to attend but you don’t care about your customers. There is no human to speak to. Your customer service is non existent! I can t believe you are allowed to treat your customers so poorly. I’m on a fixed income & you demonstrated you don’t care.
I’m surprised Willie allows you to do this. I will never go to another concert because your monopoly hurts us little people & you probably won’t post this but I feel better writing the truth!

It was my daughters first big venue…

It was my daughters first big venue concert Hoizer at Bethal Woods. Our original 2 tickets were ought way ahead of time. Close to the last minute she begged to bring her best friend. You guys came through 3 days before the sold out concert. I can not say enough great things no problems no hiccups I will use ticket smarter every time Thank you!

Good customer service

Good customer service - after making my purchase I had an issue (not Ticketsmarter’s fault) receiving the ticket to my event which was for the next day. Ticketsmarter took my inquiry seriously and resolved my issue. I was very pleased overall.

Niall Horan

It was my daughter's first time seeing Niall Horan and she said the concert was a 10 out of 10 - Niall's voice & personality and the venue. And she's been to Harry Styles & Taylor Swift among other greats. The process of purchasing tickets & transferring them to her was easy peasy.

Pleasantly Surprised

Never again

We were unable to log onto the app last night so we did not get to attend. This morning there were no issues logging onto the app. You should also allow paper tickets if you cannot guarantee your app 100% of the time.

We had our customer support team look into this order and they confirmed that the tickets were delivered via a Ticketmaster mobile transfer on 5/21/2024 in time for your event on 8/2/2024. As the tickets were delivered through Ticketmaster, which is a separate company from TicketSmarter, you would need to contact Ticketmaster’s support team to troubleshoot any issues occurring with their mobile app. Additionally, as TicketSmarter is a ticket resale marketplace where third-party ticket sellers can list their inventory for sale, the sellers are responsible for the delivery method and date of the tickets. As the tickets were delivered in time for the event, similar to other ticket marketplaces, all sales remain final.

Sammy Hagar in Tampa - Rain couldn't put a damper on him

Sammy Hagar assembled a great band, especially Joe Satriani and Jason Bonham, and they all played with lots of enthusiasm and the same fun party atmosphere that his shows had back to the Montrose & Van Halen days. One down side is the venue was really too small for all that sound - the bass and drums beats literally vibrated our hearts, just a bit too loud. We were getting decibal warning notices from the venue all during the show. What exactly are you supposed to do with a message that says "decibels over 90, exposure can cause damage"? Run to the parking lot?

This site sucks they took my money and…

This site sucks they took my money and didn’t give me anny information about my tickets. Customer service horrible. Please don’t support these horrendous people and their inflated event ticket prices.

Never received tickets

I ordered 2 baseball game tickets for a July 31st game.
The tickets never showed up in my ticketmaster account or my email. When I finally received just 1 ticket in the email it was for yesterday's game! I had written numerous emails and made numerous calls, still no tickets!,And half the time their links didn't work! Bottom line: I finally called the Gwinnett Stripers and they were able to find the tickets.

Getting tickets and parking were easy

Getting tickets and parking were easy. I was given options to upgrade as well. The concert was wonderful except for a delay due to a bad storm.

The concert was great

The concert was great. But progressive field should accommodate people who are handicapped especially, people who can barely walk and are in wheelchairs. We were in section 552 row M it was difficult for my husband and mother in law to walk all the way up. And we would of gotten handicapped seats but they were a lot more
