We visited Rome recently and bought "skip the line" tickets to the colosseum and the roman forum before traveling. The information on the website was very accurate and everything happened according to what was described.

We have booked Gondola Serenade for me…

We have booked Gondola Serenade for me and my wife on 7th August 18:30 PM. We have reached place before 30 mins and they asked us to wait in the line. They are forcing to sit six people in one Gondola. Only 2 people are got seat and other 3 are sitting small step stool and asked my wife sit on the floor small wooden seat in the end of Gondola. So I have asked them to move us to different gondola. Organizer was so rude and threatening not giving proper information. He asked us to go back to line. latest he said us to come back for 19:30 and said there no guarantee we will get seat next time as well.

So I have called Customer Service and provided the all details to her. Also I am attaching screenshots taken at Gandole saying only 4 people should be allowed on gondola. Instead they forcing 6 people with rider on one gondola. Also the Gondolas are old and doesn't even have cushion seats on side table chairs.

Customer service said they will check with service provider.But It looks like they knew it this already. They both are cheating customer together by proving false information.

It was easy! Just showed my tickets and went right through.

We were in Amsterdam at the end of a holiday wanting to take a canal boat tour. The booth salesman told us their boat trips were all sold out for the day. Went on line and found Tiqets. Downloaded the tickets while standing in a Wi-fi zone, got exact instructions where to find the boat and which company logo to look for (important as it could have been confusing with so many boats), turned up and welcomed on to a magical evening boat tour. Easy, efficient and effective.
