I really enjoyed the trips and options…

I really enjoyed the trips and options that could be booked additionally. The travel guides tried to be as transparent as possible which didn't work out every time which resultes in diffulties in communication regarding certain struggles. One example is when we asked certain questions, they remained unanswered even though the guides received them. Another issue was the used communication plattform, Snapchat. To me, I would have preferred discussing the most important information via Whatsapp.
All in all, I had a great week and excerpt for a few small struggles, I can not complain!!
