Toptal has found great talent to match our needs for varied projects over the past year. The support is incredibly fast, professional and friendly. Our dedicated Toptal SMB Account Manager and Director of Engineering really do go the extra length to make sure I am covered. They remain in terrific communication whether by email, telephone or video meeting, checking in to assure that the developer or expert assigned to my project actually is a good fit for me and the project. I am a very small business yet feel as special as a top 500 company in their care.

I am too poor not to work with experts.

I worked before on other platforms similar to toptal.com, but I was always having concerns which candidates are better for me. Well, Toptal solved this problem for me and it match me with 1 candidate that I hired for 1 job and 2 candidates for another job. This was the less time consuming recruiting for me and I loved the security that I had that I was matched with the best option for me.

Here you get an account manager and head of each department that help you figure it out really fast. Would come back and recommend Toptal further.

A much better solution than others we have tried. Toptal primarily acted as an introduction service, the deal is that you have to manage the developers yourself which is always challenging. But when we had a problem Toptal got involved and helped us get the developer back on track. Would recommend and will use again.

They not paid to me for the project I submitted, after submitting they demand $60 payment transfer fees.
They are scammers.
Freelancers should avoid to this company.

My client had a QuickBooks issue that had gone on for months. In a couple of sessions with the Toptal expert, we got a resolution that fixed it! We had some difficulty getting connected at first, but the tech figured out how to make it work.

We had the worst luck trying to find a web developer on our own. We kept getting ghosted and basically robbed and lied to for two years. Once we found Toptal it was a breath of fresh air. Half the cost of US based companies and we actually got a finished product. Our developer was very knowledgable and a hard worker. He even stayed on after our project was finished to help with any residual updates and/or changes we wanted to make at a few hours a week. 5 stars for sure!

I'm very impressed with Toptal's matching process. This is the second time in a row where we've hired the first developer we've interviewed. For this project, we needed a front-end developer to help us implement designs for a project with a tight turn around. We were so impressed with his ability to jump in with us and with his help met our project deadline. He was professional, his work was exceptional, and he provided smart feedback on some UI / UX issues he noticed-- all around a great experience and we're hoping to work with him further!
