GIVEN UP

GIVEN UP. Asked for subscription to be cancelled within 2 days. Bombarded with more ads than ever. Was told it wasn't enabled it was.
Have request refund 4 times. Given the number of negative complaints in the last 10 days. I am ot the only one being conned.
Money back in 5 working days, or I will report to OMBUDSMAN

Scammers

Scammers, it didn't stop the YouTube ads which is why I tried it and I had followed their instructions of sharing my viewing through their app. I then contacted them on the 12th may to unsubscribe my financial subscription but had to wait for their relentless sales pitch. The link the sent me led me back to the Same sales pitch but was told that I would be unsubscribed but they have REMOVED my money again this month. Con artists

Your website is horrible!

Your website is horrible!! No way to get actual support…ticket doesn’t go through. No hours of operation or other way to contact. Signed up for service, now want information on the money back guarantee, but there is NO HELP AVAILABLE.

Test drive

I have been using this for weeks and bought it when it was on sale. I got all of the bells and whistles. I immediately noticed an improvement in performance on my school computer compared to the virus protection I had installed. Using the other remain keys I had left I gave one to my husband and one to my grandfather I care for. They have seen massive improvements to their machines as well. I am not bothered by random pops nor am I worrying about duplicate files taking up space on my machine it even lets me know which sites are harmful even when google doesn't see that as well as lets me know which files are actually trojan or viruses.

I am happy with my serviceI don't have any negative statements to…

I don't have any negative statements to make. I haven't had any problems that I could not go to chat or call an account manager about regarding information on things I might not understand. I really appreciate that benefit most of all because I do not feel left completely alone or like I am not cared for with good professional customer service.
I would recommend the app(s) based upon my experiences just as I have mentioned in this survey submission.
I like my service and so, that is why I give it five stars 😄 👍

I went to update the app and Chrome…

I went to update the app and Chrome wouldn't let me without changing the settings I got warnings about the update but I went ahead and did it and it works great I don't know why people are leery of it.

Poor website, terrible navigation but resolution eventually.

Found the Web site difficult to navigate and was too easy to sign up for the total package when I only wanted basic ad block. Trying to put this right online was a nightmare but after many tries finally got a response by email. Agent then called me and sorted things out quickly, sent confirmation of a refund and added lifetime VPN at no charge. Happy in the end but took a lot of effort to get there.

Terrible online chat service

Terrible online chat service. I have been trying to cancel my subscription for over an hour. Have had chats with several online so called customer support but as soon as I get to trying to cancel the conversation stops. They just say they will transfer me to technical support!
I don't want technical support I only want to cancel. No help whats so ever. Couldnt even down load the app that has been paid for

I canceled my auto renew account

I canceled my auto renew account, after difficulty navigating the site. The service is very effective but expensive for a small time user. But after cancellation I am bombarded with their own ads and pestering to renew, which block all other work !!! definetly DO NOT sign up until you are sure.

I am really disappointed

I am really disappointed. Please provide the phone number that I can call or reach out to me via email. It is extremely difficult to cancel the paypal payment. I have tried multiple times. I thought you have money back guarantee policy. I just signed up today and your app doesn't work for me. I am asking for full refund and cancel the service. However, it is so difficult to do. Pleas assist me.
It is so horrible. I emailed you many times and always got error message when i tried to create and log in to the account to cancel the payment. It feels like a scam.

Upon checking your account I can see that your account has now been cancelled but I can see that you did indeed download the extension but you did not complete logging into the extension which is the reason why you continued to see ads.

Please ensure when you complete the download that you also complete logging into the extension so you can experience browsing without ads.

Happy to have effective blocking of the overwhelming barrage of advertising invading my phone. Worth checking at regular intervals that it stays switched on - the onslaught simply hangs in the air waiting to continue their bombardment when Total Adblock is not switched on. Love using my phone without the relentless intrusion of ads!

I Phiss on their virtual grave

I'm not going to download this and I don't trust it due to the fact that even in their own ratings it's easy to pick out the fake ones. No one talks the way some of these people are talking and it's beyond obvious I just can't believe they're that self unaware.. there's one three or four away from mine that is absolute joke talking about the kick ass price and to do with your friends do this that and the other. It's a review bro. I'm not looking for a movie script and then every other review is a one star because they can't leave zero stars all due to the fact that once you download this you cannot absolutely get anybody in their customer service to help you out and canceling it or getting it off your computer. It shouldn't be that hard and in fact in consumer law actual law that is not allowed is not allowed to make it difficult for you to cancel a subscription. That's against the law. I don't trust this company and consider me pissing on their virtual grave 8====D💦💦🪦

This is a rabbit hole you do not want…

This is a rabbit hole you do not want to go down! I cancelled auto-renew , tried to cancel the account, and they kept making charges to my credit card.
You have to hunt and hunt for the place to actually cancel, and even then they keep asking for assurance that you really want it done.
Charges on credit card not refunded, even though they say satisfaction guaranteed or money back. If you can actually reach someone by phone, they deny any actions you have taken.

I want to cancel!!

I want to cancel!!! Worst app and site ever!!!! The website is crap. They intentionally do not provide email, phone, chat or any form of communication so you can not cancel and they can keep your money. I have tried for three months to find a way to contact someone. I total scam!!!

There's nothing more annoying to me…

There's nothing more annoying to me than endless, ads that are of no interest to me, winking and blinking at me while I surf the Web. Total Adblock does away with the annoyance.
For only a few Cents a day. I enjoy an ad free online experience. So, if you are sick and tired of ads Total Adblock is the solution. You don't run the risk of using up your monthly data plan while ads just stream in. At home, or on the road you do not need to worry when you are off your Wi-Fi.
Give Total Adblock a try, you will like it.

Took it on to try it out a while back

Took it on to try it out a while back, they were offering a £2 charge to try it out and then it would return to normal charging after a month. I downloaded the app on my phone and prepared to enjoy online surfing free from ads. It didn’t work, and I cancelled my PayPal subscription the same day, it was abysmal. Very, very bad. I was only able to stop it from billing me after the first month’s subscription by cancelling my subscription on paypal. Date of experience was … some time in April…. I think. I still receive emails telling me because my subscription hasn’t been paid for I’m not receiving the service any more …. I cancelled the same day I tried it as it was very bad
