I can't give it zero.

I can't give it zero.
No toilets in the waiting hall.
No baby changing room in the waiting hall.
Every surface was super dirty.
Entrance was inaccessible to people bound in a wheel chair or people how had a stroller.
Was told to change my child in front of everyone when I asked about a toilet or go to the mall (20 Minute walk) cause they have one. When I finally managed to get in the bus. The driver decided it would be a great time to light up a cigarette while driving 100 km/ph, endangering everyone on board and making everyone inhale his smoke including my 7m.o.
wth????
