Great looking radiator with all fixings present. I have not fitted the radiator yet but it looks in good condition. The buying and delivery process was easy to follow as well.
BAD experience with this company, very unprofessional, lack of customer support and very rude on the phone.
I would strongly suggest that you avoid this company at all costs, realistically when I say all costs you will quickly find that these are not the most competitive when it comes to the price.
Best to shop around and get the same product for a lot less with a professional company who won't make your experience a nightmare.
I managed to get the same units for 25% less than trade radiators and the communications were a dream in comparison to the blunt reaction I had with TU*D radiators :-)

Couldn’t find what a wanted at first on website so used the help facility which was brilliant they helped me through the whole process would highly recommend. The quality of the radiator was second to none arrived quickly and well packed. Couldn’t fault this transaction at all.

School style column radiators.
Really good quality radiators and they give off a fantastic heat. The house is much warmer with them installed. The tall school style radiators are a really eye catching feature.
The only issue was the courier messed up and the radiators took 2 extra days to arrive but this was not necessarily Traderadiators.com's fault.

Best choice and prices. Speedy delivery. Ring the courier for better idea of time scale though. Nobody should wait in all day for a delivery these days.
I have now fitted the radiators with the chrome TRVs. The rad tails all leaked first time fitted and I ended up putting 10 wraps of ptfe tape on them to seal. Very time consuming.
Excellent products. Had a issue with one damaged item. Contacted trade radiators via email and they exchanged the item without any issue. They swapped the item the next day and organised collection of the damaged item.

False advertisement, claimed to provide next day delivery but didn't happen.
No help in resolving the situation and said it's down to the couriers (who they hired) and nothing to do with them.
If you do buy from TradeRadiators make sure you don't need them on a specific date.
