I have booked a flight ticket of Aigle Azur on 12th September 2019, from France, Paris, Orly 17:15 to Italy, Milan, Malpensa 18:40, using Travel2be. The flight number is ZI645. All flight from Aigle Azur since 7th September 2019 has been cancelled and yet, I do not receive any notice about it till I arrived at the airport looking for the missing Aigle Azur counter. Luckily, we have spare money and time to book a last minute flight so that our schedule is not messed up. Nonetheless, it still troublesome for us as the flight ticket is very expensive. Despite contacting them to request for reimbursement, no reply in almost 48 hours. I feel like I am being robbed by this travel agent. Besides that, every email was in French despite my request to be in English. To others, please do not use this travel agent. So incompetent and irresponsible. Will never use this travel agent again.
