Written email with no reply

I have written a email to you guys couple of times for change of my tickets but there has been no reply.
Depending on the change of tickets my visa is also pending.
Customer care response service is extremely slow.

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE- large…

APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE- large amount of money still owed to me. Very unhappy, ready to take legal action!

Due to unforeseen circumstances I had to cancel a flight scheduled for 1st Sept from U.A.E. to Australia. I called to cancel and request a refund in July. It took multiple phone calls to their overseas call center to cancel my booking and request a refund. Most times I would wait for 20mins and then be hung up on.

When I finally got through, my request was processed as I was cancelling within the terms of my ticket.

2months later, I was still waiting for the refund.

Again, I called several times and had the same problem, being on hold for long time periods and being hung up on. My emails were left unresponsed too. I tried to contact the company in several ways over two more weeks.

Finally I got though on the phone and was told the refund has been requested and should be on its way.

I’ve now been waiting more than three months. I’m owed more than 4000AED. This is terrible customer service. The next step will be to take legal action. Do yourself a favour and don’t book via Travel2be!

DISASTER AND LACK OF PROFESSIONALITY. STAY AWAY!!

In order to get a reply, I had to write a review. travel2be customer service reply totally lack of professionality. They replied just because they had, with no attention to my request. Now, because it’s the only way to get their feedback, I’m here again to complain. Nonsense.
Dear Travel2be are you going to refound my ticket? You wrote me it was possible to delete my reservations with a cost of 50 euro per passenger but you needed my confirmation before 22 o clock (of the same day you wrote me). I replied in the expected time, both on your website and directly to your customer service email and I DID NOT GET ANY ANSWER AFTER A WEEK! In case now it’s too late, it’s not my fault. I EXPECT A REPLY in order to decide how to proceed. In case you are not refounding me, I’ll proceed through my lawyer.

Poor customer service

My husband were supposed to travel from Australia to Norway, and bought the ticket through travel2be. The first leg was cancelled by the airline (JetStar), which meant he also lost out on the 2 other legs. (Travelling from Australia to Norway means at least 3 legs.) So stuck in Australia, he was first told that travel2be would only compensate for the first leg, not understanding that not getting on the first original flight meant he also lost the 2 other flights. It was a shitfight to get them to compensate for the whole trip, and it took him 4 months to get the money back.

Worst experience ever

Worst experience ever. I had booked my ticket and still there is no confirmation of my booking status. My booking code is WYHNXG. Never book from this website. These people are fraud.

Happy endings

Having sent an email I have received confirmation and tickets for upcoming holiday. Yes the customer service isn't perfect but they responded within 48hrs and were actually very helpful. When I used this site I hoped that it would be smoother but unfortunately it wasn't but this said they have succeeded in sorting it out. My sister who booked exactly the same thing and same time encountered no drama which is proof this is a company doing something right. Thanks for sorting travel2be.

Scam

Scam, they don't want to reimbourse me. I bough a flight ticket through Travel2be and transaction went well. The plane was over 5 hours late, so I contacted the Air Company that,according to the European Regulation, approved my request of reimbursement. Unfortunately I have to get it through Travel2be. The guys working at the Customer Service were rude and dishonest and refused to refund me blabbering about a "no show" and whoknowswhat. They even hung up on me. I wrote them 2 mails and got no answer. Shame on you, Travel2be!

I need to change my booking!

I need to change my booking but every time I try to call the company the number cuts out automatically. We have called more than 30 times and we need urgent help with changing our booking. When I send a message through their contact page on the website I get no response! We have sent multiple messages on their website but no response. Terrible service, we have had a very unsettling experience with this company.

Very very poor service

I have booked a flight ticket of Aigle Azur on 12th September 2019, from France, Paris, Orly 17:15 to Italy, Milan, Malpensa 18:40, using Travel2be. The flight number is ZI645. All flight from Aigle Azur since 7th September 2019 has been cancelled and yet, I do not receive any notice about it till I arrived at the airport looking for the missing Aigle Azur counter. Luckily, we have spare money and time to book a last minute flight so that our schedule is not messed up. Nonetheless, it still troublesome for us as the flight ticket is very expensive. Despite contacting them to request for reimbursement, no reply in almost 48 hours. I feel like I am being robbed by this travel agent. Besides that, every email was in French despite my request to be in English. To others, please do not use this travel agent. So incompetent and irresponsible. Will never use this travel agent again.

Why don't you have Paypal as a payment…

Why don't you have Paypal as a payment option? I don't feel comfortable putting in my card details AND my full name and FULL address on the payment page. Why do you require the full address? No other online payment gateway requires address.

Can't get in contact

Have tried contacting via email and on their automated site form, but have not heard back from them. My request to change my booking is 2803851. Can't get through on the phone, need this issue resolved asap.

Don't try to phone them!

Although their employees are very helpful and friendly, reaching their organization by phone was a disaster. I had to make a change in my reservation, every time the expected waiting time was three or four minutes. After that time, "click" end "beep beep beep." Connection lost. It took me a day and about ten phone calls. Never again!

I called so many times your customer services but i couldnt reach your office. I sent an e-mail to AIGLE AZUR AIRLINES CUSTOMER SERVICES and they told me that i have to contact with you. SCAM ALERT - TRAVEL2BE website having partnership with Skyscanner

SCAMMERS - I booked a flight 12 days back which they initially confirmed and then sent an email saying that my booking is canceled. On contacting their customer care they sent an email saying that my money will be refunded in full.
I still haven't received the amount. I tried calling their customer care 3-4 times and was a wait to made at least 20 mins. once they answered and found my booking no. they hung up on me. This is definitely a fraud website
