Very easy site to use

Very easy site to use. Cheaper than the actual airline website for flights! Haven’t been on our trip yet but everything seems smooth sailing from here!

Questionable at first but Best decision

Initially I was skeptical at first but after talking to the rep prior to me booking my flight tickets, I felt more comfortable going with trip.com vs other competitors. I was able to select our seats and happy with that especially on a direct flt.

Very bad experience

Would not use this site again and would not recommend it .
Be very careful about extra luggage allowance . The site misleads you into believing you have booked for both outgoing and incoming flights and when you realise you haven’t they charge you extra making the flights very expensive. Im not the only one to fall into this trap as I wouldn’t have noticed but a friend pointed out to me that she had been previously caught out . Im left feeling conned

They simply cancelled my ticket without…

They simply cancelled my ticket without any reason or excuse.

Support told me that they had a problem with the payment a week later, however the ticket had already been successfully paid with paypal. They even sent me the confirmation email that also included the ticket. They were not willing to help in any way, and they simply told me to book a new ticket. This happened one week after my booking. and tickets became very expensive.

This is what they mention in their email

This booking was cancelled by Trip.com directly because our finance department cannot accept this booking.
