Please do not waste your time and money booking special entry package of tirupati. We had a very bad experience with tripnetra. i was given 8 am pick up time from tirupati but the driver called at 7.45 and started shouting on us that why are you still not here and if you don't come in 5 mins we will leave without you. Somehow we managed to reach there on time inspite of our auto driver not knowing the exact place. The tempo traveller we took was super congested. My parents and in laws could barely move after seating due to joint pain. We reached tirumala and took the darshan in more then 4 hrs inspite of special entry pass. There is a huge flaw on management side of temple. So called richest temple but hardly any facility to handle the crowd. coming back to tripnetra, when we finally had darshan and came to board the tempo traveller we were shocked to see that our seats were occupied by some other passengers who were not there while coming. and the seats which were left were more congested for age old people. we told this to driver and the guide who started yelling at us. Very bad behaviour of guide towards tourist specially non telugu's.

As I have not get any response regarding my cancelled rooms in Bhadrachalam now I am going to file a case in consumer form for my returns.
Even though the hotel owner is ready to give the amount back Tripnetra is not responding as I am booked room through Tripnetra.For my total paid amount the hotel owner is willing to give half of it as Tripnetra paid him that amount only.

Nothing but the hopeless in the name of services in place of lord balaji.. booked package with accomodation for 2 days but forced to charge pay extra one day charges at time of leaving of the hotel. The hotel is ok ok but they charged for any 3-4 star hotel.. the driver from tirupati and tirumala was a pain. He forced for darshan within 15 min after check in he doesnt guide properly and forcing to keep mobile in cab so we should not take much time for taking photos whereas other piligrams can easily do. Suggesting to visit this place without being in trap of such frauds. And best part is their manager also agreed that there was some mistakes happened in booking lets c when i will get my refund of rs. 2000 (extra one day accomodation)

1. The Hotel they booked is very normal one. There is no star value.
2. The Innova they arranged is very bad, compare to the Mahindra Jeep which is roaming around in Tirupathy and Tirumala.
3. And the worst part is the Cab driver, doesn't know the root to reach the temple. Also he doesn't have any information about the passengers and the pick up point (accomodation).
4. TripNetra person telling that, we should call the driver for co-ordination.(That is not our job)
5. And the guide who was in Tirumala is the recless person, wanted to escape at any time. We were catching him all time to get our work done.
6. Finally, when we reached Tirumala around 12 clock, they wanted us to join in the queue for Dharsan, before Tansure(Kundu / Mottai)
7. TripNethra person told, if you want to do Dharsan today, don't do Tansure now, do it after Dharsan.. If we want to do Tansure before dharsan, then we need to wait for next 8 hours. This is due to their ticket allotment on particular time only.
8. TripNethra blaming the driver for delay on reaching the temple, and forced us to join for dharsan. Though we have paid 5000 for 2 people.(Package). Due to this delay we paid additional charges in Accomodation as well.
9. Hence, i suggest please don't go for these packages. Book yourself everything and do peaceful Dharshan. (Om Namo Narayanaya!)

plz don't use this site for booking rooms . I have verified on site from last one week the price was around 1200 and I booked room . Once I booked , the support executive called me and said the cost of the room is 4500 rupees . so he has cancelled my booking. I clearly told him I have been checking the price from last one week it didn't change . now all of sudden you are saying 4500 , how can i believe this and not mentioned on site.He said there were technical issues so not updated . If then ,After I booked rooms the site got updated correctly , it came sold out. If really technical issues are there how booking got updated . It shows showing price is different and giving price is different and the customer support executive is very rude . I totally disturbed and wasted valuable time. Please don't use this site and don't waste your time also.
Most importantly , he said plz check our policies we have right to cancel your booking . then why you are here to allow people to book rooms . R u thinking citizens are fools .
