The tees that I got from them a few years ago were definitely 5 star. My recent order however is another story. The material is still good but the fit now is as sloppy as all the rest. Very disappointing!

This was honestly the worst customer experience I have ever had! True Classic makes the Cable companies look efficient! True Classic is so uninterested in their customers it is hard to imagine how they stay in business! After three trips to the UPS store to return my shirts because the fit or the style or both were constantly wrong, I finally received a correct order. It is impossible to speak to anyone, all you ever receive is a Chat Bot! if this company spent 5 minutes trying to help, I would not have spent close to 13 hours, yes 13 hours trying to get this order right. When I say no one cares about the customer, I am not exaggerating, they basically told me to go to hell w/o using those words. In addition, the shirts are really poor. The quality is not good, I ordered golf shirts, so maybe they like a diner where you only order burgers, I should have stayed with t Shirts, as obviously anything beyond a T Shirt is too complicated & requires actual craftsmanship! Oh & lastly, don't fall for this tight on the arms & loose on the belly, that is a total scam! The shirts do neither. I am taking time to write this because I feel compelled to warn others, STAY AWAY. There are so many better options, as Wal Mart or Kohl's would actually be an upgrade & that is really saying something! Not trying to be pedantic here, just simply stating the facts, there is no way this company can stay in business, as it must be embarrassing to actually work there!

Terrible Customer Service
Placed a large order, given a delivery date, which passed several days ago.
The tracking info states the courier has not received the delivery from true classics.
Have contacted True classics several times, requesting a refund,
True classics insist the order is on its way,their own tracking details state the order has not been despatched.
Have requested a refund 3 times, each time i am told to wait for the delivery.
The delivery has not been sent.
Cannot see what their problem is, the order has not been depatched.

I want my money back

True classics have offered a refund,took this post to get action.have accepted,will update once i have received the money

These shirts seem no different than any other t shirt we've ever owned. The neck is fraying, making it look worn out and cheap. It doesn't fit any different than a regular t shirt. They are thin and haven't lasted a year. Don't fall for the IG hype like I did.

I am obsessed with True Classic. Pretty much every tee I have now is a TC. I especially love the Active Crew. Customer service team is also fantastic

Do not trust anything said on their website. Sizing chart is wrong, shipping times are wildly slow and customer support is brutal! It took over 2 weeks to receive the original order and when it showed up the shirts fit nowhere near what was promised, I requested a replacement order, it’s now been over 2 weeks and I still don’t have the replacement. I will never order from True Classic again and won’t recommend True Classic to anyone

Finding clothes that cover all the bases is a daily struggle, I think everyone has. But true classic really has found the sweet spot. To the the feel of the material, down to their luxurious styles. And to take away the stress of making sure what you purchase actually fits?.. doesn't get much better than that🙌

Absolutely terrible service.
I've been promised a refund 11 days ago and they still haven't given me the money back.
If you're ordering from Europe etc do not use this company.

I've been asking for my money for 10 days and they still refuse to do anything about this.
Absolutely awful company to deal with.

Klarna can see the return so have stopped the payment to true classic. Terrible when you have to have the finance company to intervene.

Ordered an XL long (my size 6'6" and over 100Kg) and it turned out to fit a bit too big for me. They mentioned it would shrink a little in the washing machine. They fit much better now. And they even offered to sent a free L Long size shirt to compare.

Massive drop in quality. I purchased my first T-shirts at the beginning of the year and couldn't have been happier. Best shirts I have ever owned. So when father's day came around I decided to treat myself to a pack of 6 and some other bits. The shirts that arrived are totally different to the originals. The first batch were made in Cambodia and were amazing. These are made in China now and are the worst shirts I have ever owned. They have clearly switched manufacturers and the material is definitely different, even though it states the same ratios of materials, holding them side by side its clear they are totally different. The fit is awful and feels so uncomfortable by comparison. It doesn't even look the same. So angry and so disappointed to have been scammed like this.

True Classic has great quality clothing and there customer service and support is fantastic. I had a couple of issues with my orders, which was my fault in ordering the wrong size on one and the other I didnt prefer the color. Both times I reached out, the customer support was, prompt, polite and very professional. Now for the shirts and pants I've ordered, great fit very ture to size, the material is high quality and everything I have ordered is now my go to clothing choice first. I was so impressed with everything I have there polos, t-shirts- both crew and v-necks, the commuter pants, bomber jacket and will be getting my next shipment tomorrow for some shorts. I rarely leave the house without one of there products on. Can't go wrong ordering for them.

Ordered 3 t-shirts and 3 chinos in one order. T-shirts arrived in a couple of days. Quality is ok. The website is geared to force you into buying large quantities and you can’t customise colour packs so you have to order what they want you to. My chinos didn’t arrive and then were refunded without explanation. I re-ordered them and 16 days later they haven’t arrived. Complained via email and was literally sent a link to the tracking site for the delivery company, no help, explanation for the delay or apology. Service is rubbish

Love my shirts - especially the Pima cotton tees, they are so incredibly soft and unbelievably stretchy!

Recently picked up their chino pants, which looks just like a chino but infinitely better in comfort!

My experience at the True Classic Glendale Galleria store was absolutely fantastic, thanks to Katelin, Christian, and Vartuhi. I've been on the hunt for a place that offers stylish options for a 2XL body and makes me feel confident, and this store delivered. Despite its size, you can tell the staff takes pride in the store's appearance and inventory. This team is exceptional, and I'll definitely be a repeat customer.
