Virgin mobile.

Virgin mobile would seem to have succeeded in deleting my earlier review, however, that in no way mitigates their complete failure to provide acceptable signal strength in my area. They are still, in my opinion,and that of many others,totally useless.

Dear Sir/Madam.
I would advise reviewers to be VERY wary of this company. They claim that this is a customer based review site, when all it is interested in, is maximising company profits at the publics expense. Let me give you an example:
I have done many reviews for Wren Kitchens, most of which are 1 star reviews. and invariably they are taken down because apparently it breaks Trustpilot guidelines. Rubbish, it is because Wren Kitchens, and I quote: Have a Trustpilot business subscription, ie: they pay money to Trustpilot. Now you tell me, are you going to bite the hand that feeds you, NO.
Also note, that when the objection from Wren comes in, it is immediately taken down. However, if it is reinstated, (rarely) it appears on the date that you posted the original review. As this can take weeks to happen, your reinstated review will probably appear on Page 100, where people who are new will rarely see, or even bother to check that far back.
Another point that gets my goat, is in particular with Wren Kitchens, is that when a few 1 star reviews are actually published, a load of fake reviews, written by Wren staff suddenly appear as 5 star reviews. This knocks the 1 star reviews down quite a few pages, and most people do not check that far. I once counted approximately 40 of these 5 star reviews, one after the other. with the same time-stamp on them. This is very clearly fraud, and Trustpilot do NOTHING, as I said before, they are only interested in profit.
In conclusion. do not believe a word Trustpilot says, as they are not interested in you.
I fully expect the company to take this review down. so if you read it before then, take a screen-print and pass it on to your friends.
Message to Trustpilot. I would love a comprehensive reply, but I suppose that the only comment I receive, will be the same old generic rubbish that they always reply with.

Trust Pilot is allowing companies to…

Trust Pilot is allowing companies to report and remove reviews for reasons which are far from valid. I was told the company I reviewed flagged my post for removal because I did not reply to their contact via this site in five days. The review was posted over two months ago and they just got around to replying. I scrolled down the rest of the reviews and counted one after another after another removed to protect a company with 75% one star reviews.

Not replying to a corrupt company that definitely knew my name and account based off email address alone shows TrustPilot may not be worth trusting if they allow clearly bad companies to repeatedly try to remove as many bad reviews as possible.

I no longer trust TRUST PILOT. Maybe they can give a reason why they allow such behavior to happen through what is supposed to be an impartial review site.

Slow reviewing of honest, reported reviews

My honest reviews are being investigated for over a week now. They were coincidentally reported by a company that happens to pay Trustpilot.

Trustpilot have refused some of my views for being honest, this points to only good reviews are accepted, negatives are not allowed, brings me to ask "What is it all about ? ".

Trustpilot replied shortly afterwards, I have noticed my 1 * is now 2 *'s, how did that happen ?

I always consult Trustpilot reviews rather than a Company's own website. Thanks to Trustpilot and the people that honestly review.

Was looking to enrol on a plan

Was looking to enrol on a plan but they won't offer anything less than a 1 year plan. Why can we not have amonths trial?.....we are happy to pay for the month or even three months just to try it....also there was a lot of high pressured sales on the phone - i did not like this approach tbh

Recently reviewed a company all legit ended up being a waste of time as trustpilot just taken it down saying they don’t believe iv used the company. So iv had to prove it by sending them my order number and emails. my review is still taken off so what’s the point in using this site “none” just don’t use trustpilot
