Great support for this plugin, my issue was resolved within a few hours!

Tutor LMS is marketed as an advanced plugin with extensive customisation options for WordPress. However, my experience with the plugin was extremely disappointing, to say the least. The registration and payment processing didn't function correctly at all, and this resulted in a non-functional plugin that required immediate attention.

It appears that the plugin developer assumes that the website is already using a third-party member registration plugin, which is where they have gone wrong. There should have been an addon to take care of all registrations and redirects, but there wasn't, which is frustrating.

The customisation options with Elementor are also extremely limited, and you can't customise any of the plugin pages other than the course page itself. This was surprising since the plugin is marketed as having advanced customisation options that take full advantage of page builders like Elementor. I was also surprised to see that Elementor is promoting this plugin on their website, despite its many limitations.

When it comes to support, I found that it was virtually non-existent. The response time for support questions was very slow and laborious, with only one or two replies every 24 hours. Even worse, the support team was unable to offer suggestions or solutions for fixing the issues, which was incredibly frustrating. I received one reply reply that said the issue would be forwarded to their dev team, and that there was nothing more they could do to escalate the issue at the current time.

In summary, Tutor LMS is a non-functional plugin with very limited customisation options, poor user experience, and lack of support. It is only thanks to the skills and expertise of my developer that I was able to get the plugin working correctly at all. Therefore, I cannot recommend this plugin in its current state.

I have been in online marketing for more than 15 years and have used probably about 100 different WordPress plugins, but never such a broken plugin as Tutor LMS:
1. When creating a course and clicking publish, then it says: There has been a critical error on this website.
2. When Tutor LMS plugin is activated, then Elementor is not working.
3. Google Meet integration not working and when contacting "support team", then comes absolutely crazy replies: problem is with your registration page, then the problem is with your PHP version, then the problem is with caching plugins (I don't even have caching plugins enabled) and then they just disappear and won't reply anything.

I am so sick of that junk plugin and I really can't understand how anyone can use such a broken plugin.

I had a number of issues. The first being that some of my data would not update. This issue took some time to get sorted out, however the supporter was very efficient and gave good and helpful suggestions to get it sorted out. Only took a while because it was the holiday season. The other issue was that I did not know how to add questions on some of the quiz options and also where to go to mark short question answers. These issues were sorted out the same day with links of screenshots sent to me to help me figure it out and move on with my work.
