I got in on the AlN pre-order and I am very happy I jumped on that when I seen it on reddit/carta . The insert works very well, amazing taste and effects. Wiped out clean with a dry qtip. Big step up from the SiC imo in terms of performance and taste. Doesn't get crazy hot like the SiC either. Thankyou so much guys🙌🙌 And for the special tongs you sent to handle the insert.❤️❤️

Works great, inside is polished nicely and cleans very easily. Cleans 90% with just a qtip wipe after each use. Burns very clean and tasty. This isn't a standard Ti insert so there is a bit of a learning curve to dial it in but then it's good to go.

My SiC insert was very cheaply made, black paint flaking off constantly. Do not buy.

The shipping was fast, I got my SIC insert in a week from the purchase date considering everything that is going on. Once you get the hang of how to use it, it rips crazy. The best thing about it is the noticeable taste increase & efficiency. I don't have to use a lot for me to get clouds.

Excellent experience with the seller and product. Had to wait for a restock but it was well worth the wait and my experience with the carta improved significantly. The heat propensity of SIC performs much better than the default options of quartz or ti! Flavor on point with all the heat retention you need. Cool stickers too

Your sic carta insert is awesome. But you left out the quartz inserts i order and payed for. When I emailed you no response.

Never received package i contacted customer service they said deal with post office I called post office they asked me to file a form I emailed coustomer service in order to get sellers shipping info the post office form ask for it they never responded to emails

Awesome customer service! Sic insert works great in my focus V carta and has great flavor. Arrived on time. They do an excellent job on their polishing of the SIC inserts. They do not cut corners. Quality products. Quality polish. I cleaned upon receiving and literally not one speck of anything black or dirty on them. Perfectly clean! Perfectly polished. David and his crew will get you taken care of and then some! They even sent some complementary stuff with it, some candy a few stickers. Little to say I am extremely happy with my purchase and would recommend anyone needing a SIC insert for their carta to get one from TVKE5 because they rock and their customer service is TOP NOTCH. 5 stars and will shop again! The Carta SiC is nicely made. All surfaces are clean and the interior is highly polished. Very worth the wait. Carta perfection.

Very kind support!! There were some problems with the payment but that was because of the international order and the support team clarified everything in one day and the shipping took place instantly after ordering! And for my "inconvinience" i got an extra item for free so i am very happy with the service ! And even more with the product!! Everything in point!!
