Competitive prices, quick, and great everything gets included. Other online tyre retailers get you in with super cheap tyre prices but then you have to add delivery and fitting costs which often blows the price out triple the cost of the tyres.

This was our first time ordering through Tyresales. We had an unrepairable Tesla Model Y Performance rear 275/35/R21 tyre that required immediate replacement. Tyres were ordered through Tyresales 12pm Monday and fitted in Bundall on the Gold Coast Tuesday 3pm. Tyresales support was exceptional in advising the status and all went to plan. Tyresales is highly recommended.

I liked the ease of the website in quickly giving me options and prices. I liked being able to select a fitting agent and adding the wheel alignment. What was frustrating was that I was given the option of when I wanted them fitted but in reality, this was irrelevant because I needed to contact the fitting agent to make a time and this only happened once the tyres had been delivered to the agent. I was asked if I wanted the fitted the next day and I selected the afternoon so booked time off which was a waste of time because it would take 3 days to get to the fitter. This needs to be made clearer.

I ordered tires from Tyresales, and they sent the wrong size for my 4x4. To make matters worse, their fitment shop installed the incorrect tires without checking. Immediately after, my car started making clunking and whining noises, and I unknowingly drove with the wrong tires for a week!
When I asked for a mechanical inspection of the differentials, transmission, and drivetrain to check for potential damage, they refused and said it wasn’t their responsibility. Both the fitment shop and Tyresales blamed each other, claiming the other was responsible. Neither will take accountability, leaving me with potential damage to my vehicle.
I called them three times, and all I got was, “We’ll contact the fitment center and call you back.” They never did.
Avoid this company—they make mistakes and offer zero support to fix them!

Hi Phoenix, Looking into this we can see that as soon as tyresales were made aware of the issue we contacted the fitment centre who let us know that your car was currently in with them having the correct tyres fitted. The fitment centre did let us know that they inspected your vehicle and took it out for a test drive, they noted there was no damage and mentioned that should you have any concerns they are happy to do another inspection or liaise with you on an independent inspection.
