SCAM SITE. Do NOT buy from them. didn't send my full order and the items they did send are pretty much just carrier oil and sugar pills. Contacted them asking wth was going on and they said too bad

If you are looking for knowledge and support with weight training, bodybuilding and supplementation, look no further. I’ve been involved on this forum for over 3 years and I still learn new things almost Dailey. I’ve been in the strength and conditioning world for 20+ years and love sharing my knowledge and picking up new pointers. There is no judgment here at all, just a bunch of good dudes looking to help each other progress amd stay healthy.

Best site around for discussing enhanced lifestyle. It especially focuses on harm reduction which can be a nice change from other forums. You really get a sense that staff and players care for one another and want to se each other stove in gym and personal life

I came across this forum 2yr ago when I started my own journey in fitness and life changing goals . I researched everything I could and ugmuscle was where and and still is the only place I’m able to get the correct info and guidance I need . There groups and community is by far more then 5stars ! This is the best place for me to be. Where I am in life a middle aged man on TRT and wanting to be in the best shape of my life. Here I find freedom to be me and be honest and I get honest replies back about my situation. Here is a place where folks really give a sh**. The number one goal here is harm reduction. I’d say following that is encouragement and knowledge from some very experienced lifters and body builders. I have looked no further for what I need since I’ve found this place

I’m currently a member right now (mataa59), been on and off in the forum for over a year now. When life gets in the way, I tend to distant away from everything, including the forum. Ever since I joined this forum, it’s been way different than any other forum I’ve been apart of. This forum is professionally operated. During the time I’ve been a part of this forum, I’ve only gotten positive feedback or tough love when I decided to state at one point, that I had bought gear for a friend. I was immediately told it was a dumb decision on my end and should lookout for myself only. Right then and there, I really took appreciation of how members actually looked out for each other. Not only are you able to talk about ped’s but just things that are affecting you outside the gym, without being ridiculed. I’ve purchased many products from different sponsors & never had a single bad experience. All the sponsors on this forum are top notch and are managed well by the moderaters. I was even able to invite my friend @fitstudboi, who is more active on the forum than I am. The community welcomed him with open arms, so I know its not an individual experience when I say this forum rocks.

this site is absolutely awesome. easy site to navigate and find info for everything you have an itch to find out. and the best part is the source review. find out which is good and which isn’t. every member is helpful and there is such an abundance of knowledge and experience here. not becoming a member is the dumbest decision you could make.
