I rang the pension forecast number after I could not get in online. I couldn't get in online as they perpetually sent my email new Gatway IDs. 5 I received. I hung on for an hour. I got through and a man said "I'm just going to put you through." He put me through to being back on hold for another hour.
So let's summarise: I paid up all my gaps (I'm 58) got no proof, I want proof (it's not the Congo Keir are you aware of that?) I can't get in online I'm blocked, I wait 2 hours on the phone and I'm blocked there too. It's very fishy. It's almost as if...it's they don't want me to know something. So...I sent an email and copied in my MP. Everyone's got my data. I'm disabled I get ripped off every half and hour. It's very, very dull. I'm in court in February taking legal action against someone who took advantage.

Just awful can’t we be saved from this elected Armageddon!

The guy running this enterprise and all of his predecessors have failed in every aspect to run a successful, honest, thoughtful, trustworthy and caring enterprise. My experience with them has left me homeless, lacking medical care and support for myself & my family, struggling to feed myself - keep warm and live honestly. All my attempts to reach out to them have been unsuccessful, rejected or simply pushed from pillar to post through an ever decreasing but endless circle of red tape and uncaring bureaucracy. I am afraid I cannot give this enterprise any rating higher than one star and that is being generous.
