Yesterday I registered at UKpostbox. I accidentally create account in both smart phone and computer. I clicked sign up in both device. Then I paid by card in smart phone and I think after I paid signing up process in computer will be canceled automatically. But this is not happened. Even if I paid by card in smart phone, payment form is still there instead of account verification process. But in my email inbox, I received email indicated that I successfully sign up and ask me verify my ID document. I check my card balance, 10GBP is gone. So I contact via helpdesk to explain these condition. Customer support refuse me and make me pay again. So I contact card provider bank to confirm transaction. Bank said payment is on the way to the merchant and 10GBP is in unpost balance. In our end payment is successfully made. Customer Support at UKpostbox reject me. So I neglect first payment and I paid again 10GBP. Both transaction is successfully made in our end. Bank also confirmed that.
finally UKpostbox reject my application. What a scam?
Card provider bank said both 10GBP transactions are in unpost balance and merchant need to confirm from their side to make successfully transaction. But they (ukpostbox) blame me that I am trying to say the lie that I made two payment.
After I made second payment, I got receipt for renewal. What???
I am new customer. Why does they send me receipt for renewal.
As far as I know if you due for next payment and you paid you will get mail like this. I am not like that. I am new customer.
To recall this conditon, it is clear that both 10GBP transactions are arrived to their end. Their system think first payment as new customer and second payment as renewal. What a shame?

Today 6 Dec, 2019, I got card statement from bank and confirmed that both transactions with card ending 7272 are successful from our end.

They (UKpostbox) refuse the first transaction with reference 85383909338000002945874 paid at UK : 10:36 , Myanmar 5:36pm at 4 Dec, 2019. This first transaction is missing in their end. and Blame me that I have not paid. So I paid again with second reference number 85383909338000004270974 at UK : 15:06.

I can highly recommend UK Postbox for your mail service. I had dealt with Alan first of all in the transition period as I was a member of another company before Uk postbox took it over. He was very helpful with all queries and explained everything and made it as easy as it could have been. I then dealt with Caroline for a number of account dealings. Caroline couldn’t have done enough to help, always available to answer any questions on the phone and almost instant replies on email. When she said she would get back to you, it was very quickly and always with a solution, and a light heartedness that eased any stress!

My experience with UK Post Box has shown that the staff are committed to doing an excellent job and are absolutely trustworthy - an important factor when your personal mail, bankers' cards, etc. are being handled. The facilities offered are great, including free digital storage of any number of items. (Check on the web to see what else they offer). Customer Services Staff are extremely helpful and respond immediately to any query.
My experience of UK Post Box has been 100% positive, and I recommend them wholeheartedly. I would always use them again in future, should the need arise.

great customer service with friendly communication , traditional and i didn't feel they are pushing me , it's good to see company like that still exist in the wild internet .
I have been using UK PostBox for a number of months now after being recommended by a fellow business owner. Honestly, I am really impressed with the service they provide in handling my mail remotely. The options are clear and varied (eg scan in part/full, redirect, shred/recycle, digital'physical storage).
Even when we had a small bump after some business mail accidentally got mixed up with some personal mail by Royal Mail, Allan the owner quickly called to understand and resolve the problem in a very pragmatic way.
I'm very happy to recommend their service for people that cannot receive their mail in-person for whatever reason.

UK postbox is amazing. I wouldn’t be able to run my life & business without them. Living in two countries and travelling constantly is difficult if you need to not miss an important letter or package. They are so friendly and helpful they have solved some major difficulties for me in a friendly and helpful way. Really can’t recommend them enough. Just now Caroline went above and beyond to help me with a letter that they didn’t have to do. They’re the best solution by far in this space!
Excellent service, friendly staff, easy to resolve documentary issues and/or renewals. Phone calls are answered within seconds and while scanning of incoming mail can be slow at times (up to 24 hours' wait) it's generally only a few hours to process documents, which is perfectly suitable. Very happy with this product and firm - wouldn't recommend anyone else. Annie is particularly switched on and helpful. Thanks for the great service at a reasonable price!
Annie acted as my main contact lady and she was simply lovely, genuine and very down to earth in nature. I also really appreciated her going easy on me with my concentration problems. Yes, Annie was simply excellent, every single time with no exceptions. The lady Caroline who answered my last call was superb too!
