I got my eta visa really fast Thought I had to wait longer I only had to take a new picture of my passport other than that everything was fine. Will encourage lots of people to do it here. Thanks a lot from my end her.

I was very impressed to be personally contacted by Portal staff in order to help me correct an error in my application. They made it very easy for me to make the corrections.
The entire process was very smooth, easy and intuitive and the prompt response to my application was very welcome.

I was confused why I needed to put an extra picture of myself (and each of my family members) besides my passport photo. I wasn't aware I'd submitted my application because I had not yet done that. I filled out all the paperwork and then hadn't gotten the passport photos uploaded yet but got 3 or more emails saying that I could be denied entry if I didn't get them. I kept getting these somewhat scary emails throughout the day. But I'm not traveling for at least a month so it wasn't urgent. From what I can tell I was saving it as a draft to come back to it, but the threatening emails made me think I should immediately figure it out. So I uploaded the passport photos and then figured Id have to wait for the other photos. And then I was magically approved. I don't really understand. Also, having to pay $85/per person for a 24 hour turn around was annoying. I have a month and didn't need a 24 hour turnaround, but I had no other options.

Great and excellent service. The process was smooth and fast. Got my ETA approval in a few hours. The only thing I rated 4 is that I did not expect the service fee that costs me a lot. I recommend charging a minimal amount. Application Fee is 20 pounds and I paid 85 pounds.
I am sorry I just want to be honest about my feelings and experience. But anyway, thank you for facilitating!

I had been putting off my UK ETA application because I assumed it would be complicated.Turned out to be far simpler than expected and the whole process was completed in one evening

Everything worked properly and the support team was helpful throughout. I only think the first page could explain earlier exactly which documents need to be prepared before starting the application.

I had some difficulty locating my downloaded photo so that I could enter it into the application. I used the help support and they were great. They encouraged me and after I finally got it to enter they followed up with emails to verify that I had completed the application. Very good customer service!

I travel often for work, and one thing that usually frustrates me with online travel authorization systems is not knowing what’s happening after submission. Most platforms simply say processing and leave you waiting. With UK Visa Portal, I actually received meaningful updates throughout the process. I could tell when the application was under review, when it had been submitted onward, and when final approval was approaching. That transparency made planning my trip much easier because I wasn’t left constantly checking emails or wondering if something had gone wrong in the background. The ETA itself arrived quickly, but honestly the communication process was what made this experience stand out compared to previous visa applications I’ve dealt with.

It was relatively easy to complete and I received confirmation the next day. I do question the need for a visa as the information requested was very similar to that on my passport. At a cost of about $270 Canadian, it will make me think twice about travelling to the UK. Of note, I have visited the UK twice in the past three years (prior to my upcoming vacation). I would hope that the UK government will reconsider its need as it is a deterrent to tourism.

so far one star but I will reconsider depending on the result of my appeal/request. This happened today May 20. So i went to this site by mistake; . I thought it was the official UK govt site. I clicked on the first result of my search "UK visa". Once in, the first thing i had to do was pay (€181,98 for 2 ETAs) at 10.52am. then I uploaded all documents. Then i found out it was not the official site and that an ETA costs only £20 (€24) and that my employer will only reimburse me max of €50. So at 11.52am i emailed UK Visa Portal to cancel my application. I also filed an online request to cancel my application and at 12.30, I received automated confirmation. At 14.27 I received response from one of their agents, Jemavelle S. Then at 14.51 i was notified that my card has been reimbursed €83. So i emailed again asking them to reconsider given that they could not have started the process within that 1 hour. I think charging 54% (FIFTY-FOUR PERCENT!) for doing absolutely nothing is rather stiff and could be perceived as a scam. Their agent Anjoneth C replied and said that actually "my application was already reviewed...at the time of my request". Needless to say, i emailed again. Apart from the "penalty" - for that's what this is - is quite usurious, I don't how UK Visa Portal came to this amount of 54%. their refund policy says for pre-processing 100% refund when "Applies only when no internal review or processing has started on the request." and then even for partial refund of work in progress, it says "Government Fee: 100% refundable; "Processing Fee: 25% refundable". So how much is which? So I am waiting for Jemavelle S. or Anjoneth C. or other agents of UK Visa Portal to reply to this review or my emails. I hope they will and prove to those who left negative reviews here that they do not take advantage or exploit people; that they are a reasonable and responsible company.
I really had problems with my application because I startet and then I had to wait for the childrens passports. When I wanted to continue it did`nt work and I must say I had so much help here! Very nice poeple who always answered and finally helped me to finish it all! Thank you very much !!

The fastest rate ensured a swift delivery of the acceptance letter at the airport, but the prices to pay for such services are rather high for a fast processing visa system compared to other countries.

The proccess has done quickly and the informations were treated with respect and good attention.

BEWARE - this website is DECEPTIVE and FRAUDULENT!!! By a sponsored ad where they use deceptive government imagery and thus mislead the travellers as if they are an official government body, they are applying unauthorized, multiple charges - in my case they charged me 144,99 EUR for a "30-min ETA", while official price is 20 GBP!!!
