Shocking service

Shocking service, avoid this company. I bought an XBox game from them and when they contacted me they tried to make me use a VPN to pretend to be in Argentina to claim it. Had to threaten them with Paypal and MS reports to get a refund.

EXTREMLY DISHONEST and condescending company to deal with, use one of the many good companies instead.

Dissapointed

I have used this site once before and it was great i received my code fast and had no problems. But now i have bought the division and when i received my code it had already used. Now i am wondering if i will get a new code or if i will be refunded for my purchase.

Edit: Gamingdragons got in touch quite fast and sent me a replacement code which i had no problems with. Excellent customer service.

AWESOME!!

Second purchase with Gaming Dragons, really can't faulty them.

First order I was very wary as I hadn't purchased a game in this way before (usually from a shop or from steam/Origin), read some of there FAQ's and thought I would go for it, everything went smoothly.

There prices are so good it kind of feels like its too good to be true! I have gone as far as adding there page to my bookmark bar :D

No cd key, no answers...

I paid for a KEY of Farcry, and they gave me a key to download the game but not to play it.

They answer was " Far Cry servers are no longer available therefore you cannot register a key "

That is not true, you can still register to far cry online,

.....

After this review they tried to give me an ilegal key that they found on the web !
STAY AWAY !

Now they gave me my money back

We're not sure what you're talking about.
There is no active codes for this game as multiplayer is only available via LAN.
the servers for this game were shut down over 4 months ago.
MULTIPLAYER NOTICE: Online servers shut down as of the 6th of October, 2015. Multiplayer is available only through a LAN connection.
A refund was offered, we're not sure why do you claim that we do not reply.

Be wary. Little to no support / Want a copy of my drivers license.

Purchased a game through paypal from them. Got an email saying I needed to provide of hi res copy of my driver's license. I am using paypal and should not every have to send a copy of my drivers license, but I submitted a blanked out photo ID. Still have not received a key or any response. Company seems sketchy. Will have to go through paypal if they do not fulfill their end of purchase.

Suprisingly fast, everything worked as intended!

Even though it was a pre-order and they've clearly written that delivery will be on release day, I got my key even 4 days before that date. So I really can't complain about their delivery time. Key worked perfectly fine, very readable scan. Ordered something a while ago and had a nice experience and wasn't disapointed this time as well. One from two of my favorite key resellers! Keep up the good work! :)

Excellent Support

The Delivery of my Product got very fast completed and i got both ordered CD-Keys very fast.

After the second Key wasn't working, I just sent a quick Message to the Support of Gamingdragons.com and they awnsered me quickly (1 day after - 25.12.2015!) and sent a new Key, which I tried out and was working.

Perfect Support, Fast Delivery, Very Safe Ordering and no reason to rate it under 5 Stars!

Sceptical at first, won over

I was rather sceptical about ordering from Gaming Dragons as the price of the item (the witcher 3) was quite a bit lower than the discounted steam version.

However, After paying, it took about 30min to an hour to complete the whole process. I was asked to sent a photocopy of my ID, but was instructed to block out any information I wanted except for the full name and picture, so that made it feel safer.

Very slow sending of code

First time buying from this store. On the store page when I went to buy the game it said it will be delivered from 5 minutes to 2 hours. After 3 hours I went to the live support link and it took me to a ticket support system with no option for live support. Still have not received the code.

EDIT: Haver now contacted support and the issue has been rectified. Thanks for such a quick response. Will buy from again.

Adware

Bought "condemned - criminal origins"(That is the full name of the game). The order was processed really fast. However the email said its a standalone game and linked me to an external website, which was immediately blocked by antimalwarebytes. After disabling it I could download some shady downloadmanager, which I uploaded on Virustotal. The test results showed adware.

Please know that free Antivirus software can detect multiple false positives.
Some games are games for windows live compatible which do not have a platform such as Steam and similar.
Therefore we provide the download for the content.

still waiting

I have been waiting for almost 4 hours since the time of purchase. I have contacted costumer services an hour ago but no replies. I have made purchases from many other retail sites and sadly this is the first site that DOES NOT deliver on time.

Other retail sites also does instant deliveries on guest purchase and also automatic system restock. I wonder what the problem is?

Update: finally have received the code.

Fast Delivery

It´s my first key I bought on this site, but I never waited so long for a simple key ( they already debited the money of my paypal account).

Worst site ever

First off, the site seems to only employ autistic people, so that way they can be complete f*cktards and incompetent. I bought a 3 month xbox live membership code and they asked for photo ID. I gave them some and they said it was "too blurry." I then responded to that wanting a refund and they haven't replied since nor given me my money back. Here's my response to your customer service and sh!tty a$$ site:

F*** you and go kill yourself.

Stay away

Made a order a few hours ago and still no key, tried to get in touch with the support but no answer from there as well. Think twice before placing any order with this site, their 5 minute to 2 hours delivery is like a lotto you might or not get it in time.

Read some of the other reviews from other customers, there are better sites that deliver on time every time.

Slow but safe

I bought MGS V: The phantom pain at 16h now it's 22h. I've been waiting for 6 hours and i don't have my key. I'm not in a hurry but i think it could be faster. In the website it says 30m-2h. So I bought my prodcut expecting to get it in that time.

UPDATE:
I wrote an email to the support and they answer me and we could solucionate it. I have MGS V on my library now.

Awsome service...

I recieved my code in less than an hour and it worked flawlessly for an Xbox 1 live account... I had to send a picture of I'd and it all seemed suspicious but in the end everything was truthfully honest and delivered in the time promised and my kids are extremely happy and I am happy to have saved so much also... great service and can't wait to make another soon!!...

I like this shop

I have just had a happy first experiance with digital download of "The Thing" the game from this store. It came to me in 8 hours as standalone exe-game. I just downloaded, installed and played it. Thanx to Gaming Dragon since thay saved a lot of my money because on the web I wanted to buy the physical disk which costs a lot of money. I will buy again here.

A bit dodgy

Bought a key with these guys. Payment went through without issues.

10 mins later I get an email asking for photo ID - A big no no!

If they were unsure about me then don't accept my payment. I understand the whole anti fraud thing, but the way you ask to verify opens the buyer up to the same risk. A very odd way to do things.

Anywhoo I emailed back saying no and opened a Paypal dispute. 30 mins later I had my refund - so I can give them a point for that.

Worked, but feels weird

First, I actually ordered from a danish site, but apperantly it links to this place. Secondly it took a good while before i got the code, when in comparison other sites works instantly with my paypal. Third, the code was in an attached jpg file with an odd look to it, which leads me to think they get it from stolen keys that you hear so much about.

We do not sell stolen codes, what you have received is a scanned code from the box of the game itself which was taken at our warehouse.
A stolen code may be only obtain via fraudulent purchase with a stolen credit card via the publisher website which can later on be disabled due to the fact it was stolen.
Please amend your review as it is about something that is not true and irrelevant to our service.

Excellent Service

Extremely fast response in completing my order. Within 15 minutes of ordering my game (Dying Light) I received the Steam activation code. I had only one problem with the order and this was cleared up within 30 minutes. I would recommend Gaming Dragons to anyone and they are now my new place for Steam games. Great Prices! Great Service! Great Games!
