I'm surprised I didn't hear about Untamed sooner. I visited a friend, who also has a cat, during feeding time, and he showed me the tins. I'm not going to lie, I though it was unaffordable gourmet food but it's affordable. He kindly gave me one tin to try and I'm hooked. I mean my cat is hooked, I didn't eat it! Will get some more.

Our cats are very fussy. Since we could never get all four to eat at the same time, we just restored to a dry food feeder that allowed the cats to feed themselves. The only time our pets munch together in the kitchen is when we feed untamed! They get it as a snack three time a week and they love it.

I got my senior cat from a shelter half a year ago and I wanted to give her the best food possible. I started with another brand, which also claims to contain 100% fresh meat. My girl did not like it that much, and 4 painfully long months later she finished the order, which was supposed to last for a month.
I decided to give Untamed a go, although I was sceptical and thought my cat was vegetarian.
She LOVED it. I never thought she would be motivated by food, but she finishes her food quickly, waits for it and the meat looked like MEAT (well, because it is!). WHen I saw fish with a small shrimp, I even had to take a photo - it looks and smells delicious.
Also, her coat is so smooth and shiny now!!!

Untamed, do you have tins for humans??? )

Fantastic product! My Siamese cats have sensitive tummies but both wolf down the wet fish selections (especially the salmon and shrimp options) and I have been able to wean them off the more limited ‘veterinary prescription’ products. I do need to cut up the fish pieces as they do tend to eat too quickly though this is not a criticism of the product and it is good to see ‘whole’ pieces of fish to know what the cats are eating. Dishes emptied in minutes and kitties appear happy and healthy. The presentation of the food is great and packaging is lovely. The ordering is super easy and flexible; I can edit the order and date of delivery as needed and delivery is within a day or two. Extremely pleased with the product and customer service and I highly recommend

Amazing topper. My cat is on special dry pellets for kidney health and she's not a fan. However, she eats most of her daily portion when I add some Untamed. I'm grateful because she must stick to her special diet.

The product is ok and well presented but it was not made clear it was a subscription service and so far it has proved hard to cancel. I am hoping this will be resolved shortly and I might consider occasional one-off purchases if this then proves possible

My cats is prone to quick weight gain. Untamed is the only food that keeps her full and satisfied enough not to complain when I put her on a diet of smaller portions. She's already halfway to reaching her goal weight and the vet is very happy with her progress.

I love spoiling my pets. I have one cat and untamed is her favourit wet food. I give her other brands too, just to give Missy new tastes and textures to explore. But when I feel like giving her something really tasty and special, I always reach for untamed.

The only food I give my Siamese litters when it's weaning time. By the time they are ready to go to their new homes, I get compliments about their beautiful coats, energy, and happy personalities. I think Untamed plays a big part in their condition and I always recommend the brand to the new owner.

Untamed is ideal for any owner who wants to invest in their cat's future and healthy. Our Mitzi id doing so much better after a few months on this food. Her bald patches are gone, she no longer itches after going outside, and her stood is firmer. She's definitely feeling better now that her skin and digestive system and hunky dory.

My cat has long facial hair. Food tends to gunk around the chin area but in all fairness, I blame his hairy genetics and not untamed! He's a messy eater no matter what I give him. At least his moustache and beard look amazing! Eversince he started eating untamed, his fur is soft and shiny.

I wouldn't mind more flavours. My cat like a wide variety of nibbles, and he gets bored with food really quickly. I don't give him untamed every day and this has kept him interested in the brand for the past six months. I'll check the website, maybe there are new tins to try! But in the meantime, I cannot say I have any gripes with this brand.

Untamed slander Katkin to promote their own cat food and I'm tired of those adverts popping up. They don't directly name Katkin of course but show ridiculous exaggerations of women holding up frozen food pouches (which look just like Katkin), a woman using a hair dryer to quickly defrost the food. A voice saying "are you sick of having to defrost cat food and find places to store it?". Well no actually, I've rarely forgotten to defrost it and if you forget it is safe to microwave it, but sure get the hairdryer out if you enjoy making things unnecessarily more difficult and dramatic like the Untamed ad.

Also, I rearranged my freezer to accommodate the frozen food, the same as I had to rearrange my small kitchen to store tins of food.

As for your food: my cat liked the taste very much yes, it is good quality too but she is old and struggles to chew it. She even started throwing it up where she swallowed it whole. I had to start chopping it up very finely.

She has no problems chewing Katkin though. Why not work on improving your own product instead of slandering another popular cat food company that has a good reputation?
Maybe start with producing a finer, softer food for senior cats wih old teeth? I ended my subscription to Untamed. That's a shame because she liked it but couldn't chew it as I say. She's now just on Katkin with no issues.
