UPS delivery failure

Well, this is my second time writing for a complete failure on UPS delivery.
Today is 09-9-19 and i was sent an email by UPS saying my order would arrive on the 28-8-19 and has not arrived yet.

WHat a shame service i am having with this company!

in this modern day UPS ARE TOO SLOW

in this modern day, i ordered a part from devon on thursday night , paid an extra £3 it is monday and the parcel that is urgent has still not arrived
WHY Cos UPS DO NOT WORK SATURDAY SUNDAY, WHAT MAKES ME LAUGH IS ,IF I CHOSE ROYAL MAIL I WOULD OF GOT IT BY SATURDAY
I PAID £3 EXTRA TO WHAT I CAN ONLY SEE IS A REDICULAS DELIVERY COMPANY WHOME COULD OF HITCHED A LIFT FROM SLEAFORD AND RETURN AND WOULD OF HAD IT FASTER, I POST OVER 200 PARCELS A WEEK AND I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN SLOOOOOOOOW SNAIL , WHEN I ORDERED A NEW MOBILE FROM 02 7 AT NIGHT I HAD IT NEXT MORNING AT 10AM THANKS ROYAL MAIL, Somone needs to tel UPS PEOPLE WORK SATURDAY/SUNDAY NOW WHAT A JOKE

not delivered -- false tracking info

No delivery despite all the tracking information. They show multiple failed delivery attempts while we were home waiting and our phone was always on.

Cannot contact customer service.

Nobody answers emails.

The worst courier service ever! Hoping that somebody sues them over such a service in Portugal.

UPS the company that fails to deliver .......

Of all the delivery companies who deliver parcels UPS are in a class of their own in terms of the POOR quality of service they deliver including delivering to the wrong address, claiming that no one was at the property when that was untrue and at least twice after keeping me waiting all day claiming and I quote "Our driver requires security access for this delivery. We are attempting to obtain the access information." which is not only another lie but seems to be a catch all excuse because the driver doesnt want to get delayed because the train barriers are down near to the property. This has happened before and as no doubt will be the case here I will be provided with empty promises of driver education and process improvement. This is really not acceptable to me as the end customer and a day wasted of my time which I wish I could claim back from UPS but clearly that’s not going to happen. If I delivered service like you do I would frankly be embarrassed.

another issue with UPS Portugal

another issue with UPS Portugal! I have been promised by a supervisor to be contacted about a missing package and again - nothing!! I do not understand how those ppl are not afraid to burn in hell for their cynical lies that they have no shame to spread every single time. Numerous emails are without a response either.

BTW, the positive reviews about UPS Portugal in most cases comes from users with 1 or 2 reviews - looks rather suspicious to me

Do not use UPS in Portugal...

Thomann.de decided to use UPS for my delivery. Now I am regretting it.

The first time UPS tried to deliver the driver said that the business was closed. How? It was not a business, it was a private residence.

I then phoned and gave my phone number and was told they would deliver tomorrow. In fact they had no intention of delivering as they had already lost my parcel.

UPS were not helpful and told me I now have to contact Thomann.de for them to trace the parcel. Not an ounce of sympathy or empathy from UPS.

Honestly I thought UPS were one of the good parcel companies (in Portugal) but this experience has made me see they are the same as the others.

They have poorly trained staff who do not care about the customer and would rather lie than resolve a situation as that would mean additional work for them.

Thanks UPS, You know how to make your customers feel worthless.

UPS Portugal never answers the Phone!

I have to use UPS constantly at my job. Whenever I need an information, it is impossible to get in touch. Nobody never answers the phone. UPS Portugal takes days to reply an email, so if you really need to check an urgent matter, it is impossible! I have been trying to find out for a week now the days they are working during XMas break, but I had no reply to my message and the phone rings forever and nobody answers it. You can't count on them. Not a serious service!
