The wording of the advertisement caused severe confusion
I wanted to use the official Claude AI, so I searched for it on Google and clicked on the very top link that appeared. Because their ad headline explicitly said "클로드와 채팅 시작하기", I naturally assumed it was the official Claude website.
The wording of the advertisement caused severe confusion, making me completely believe I was subscribing to the official Claude service. It was only after the payment went through that I realized it was a different platform.
Since this was an honest mistake caused by the confusing advertisement, I have not used any of their services at all. I have tried reaching out via email but received no response.
