I dont want to give any stars.i orderd the bolsters waited a long time on delivery and they have sent me pillows.i dont need cheap pillows as i would not waste money on them.i dont recommend this company.

I ordered a king size duvet from Utopia Bedding via Amazon.
It came with free delivery which was fast.
There was an issue with the filling along one side, ( there was not enough ) and despite 48 hours of fluffing and shaking this was not remedied.
I contacted Utopia and explained the problem and they said I could return it for a full refund or keep it for a partial refund so I kept it as I didn't fancy trying to bundle up a huge duvet.
I have to say, it is very lightweight but incredibly warm.
My 7.5 tog is cosier than the 13.5 I had before and feels like you are being cuddled by a giant cloud.
I am also sleeping way better with this duvet and thank Utopia Bedding for their great customer service.

Purchased from Amazon from this company. Request a return which was approved. However, there was an error in them booking the Royal Mail collection. I asked them to rebook it and they refused and said I had to drive to an evri parcelshop with a printer. I said I couldn’t but they didn’t care and ended the conversation

I ordered a fitted sheet from Utopia bedding via Amazon. The price was £14.99
I checked my account a couple of hours later to see when it would be ordered I checked the Utopia listing and noted
That the price had dropped to £7.99
I contacted Utopia whose initial response talked about promotions. When I re explained what had happened and quoted distant selling regulations and that I was not given the option to cancel it. Bruce advised me I would receive a full refund of £14.99 and he commented that will not delivered ( he missed a word out “be”)
I got an update from Evri and checked
On their tracking, it showed that the parcel was out for delivery. They chased it up for me the next day and said the parcel had missed the hub connection but would be delivered that day. Evri site shows the parcel was delivered. I’ve asked them for proof of delivery as
It was not delivered / received.
I am writing this review on Trust pilot to warn as many people as possible to not do business with this company, I have contacted Evri again today to let them know based on tracking and their investigation that it was out for delivery that I’ve waited in for 3 days, I have let Utopia know how poor their service and communication skills are. I have since purchased three duvet sets, three throws 4 sheets from another company, I have left reviews on their sites both Utopia and Evri. I have reported Utopia for 1. Not adhering to the sale of goods act 2. Not adhering to distant selling rules.
No empathy or apology for wasting my time. Do not buy from Utopia their service is appalling.

Do not buy from these comedians. Absolutely rubbish.

Sadly, very comfortable cover less duvet washes badly. After one wash ‘bobbling’ appeared on the fabric which if the product is washed as often as it should be it will become uncomfortable as it looses its smooth finish
