I had my first consultation with a Ayurveda practitioner from Vhealthy. She gave me great insights enabling me to perfect my yoga practice confidently, more aligned with my body, routine and diet. On top of that, she suggested new products to improve my skin glow naturally. Looking forward to meet her again!
