Good plans but no English language option

Easy to start a new plan, plans are not the cheapest but combined with starting discounts/more internet etc is worth it. Very reliable internet and connection, and easy to use and transparent mobile app! The only thing is there is a stark lack of accessibility in English both on the website and on the app.

Everything so far is good

Everything so far is good
there is some network interruption at some points in the subway, but other than that everything the company has to offer is worth the subscription!

Regarding the subway, the coverage in some places may not be the best. This could show it self when you are in, for an example, the tunnels or underground. The reason behind this could be because the phone has to switch between different signal towers, and that could in some cases delay the strength of your signal. However you could try to set your phone to 3G and see if that works better for you. 😀️

Toooooopest !

One of the topest!! The best brand gor mobil and internet! Never had a problem..only 3-4 times stuck the 4G but nevere again on 4 years!..

The top negative for me (the reason who i moved on other brand) it is about the e-sim. They havent.
I think if they has e-sim it will be the top on mobiles!!

You can't use your data in the UK

You can't use your data in the UK na buying an extra packet is very expensive!

Thanks for your review!

It's correct that you can't use your data while you're in the UK since they're no longer in the EU. If you want to use the subscription and mobile data while you're there, you have to buy a data package. To make calls and send messages in the UK costs extra as well. What an awful service/experience!

When my contract was supposed to start, my new SIM hadn't even arrived and I was left with no data, no connection, basically no use of phone for more than FIVE DAYS! Zero help from the customer service, very poor service, people that talk like robots who can only repeat the same answer depending on the key word they hear. Terrible, awful, worst experience ever!

It is very unfortunate to hear that you have had a bad experience with your order.

We always send our SIM cards on the same day as you order, so that it will surely arrive in time for the number transfer if you order one. On the very rare occasions that the SIM card does not arrive in time, it is usually because of the address being incorrect or that it has been delayed or gotten lost during transport. In either case, we of course send you a new SIM card with express mail, free of charge.

Regarding your experience with our customer support we would like to know more about it. We always strive to give the best service and if you are not satisfied with our help then please do send us an e-mail to hej@vimla.se explaining your experience and we will get back to you.

No 4G connection

No 4G connection. I constantly lose 4G and the use of internet. Only have 3G. Very unreliable service.
I have contacted support who fixed it. For two days, then the problem came again.
Very slow customer support.

At the moment there's big number of people contacting us, which together with holiday/vacation times during the summer - can result in a little longer waiting queues in the chat. We're trying to help everyone that's contacting us as fast as we can!

SMS spam

Since I switched to Vimla 2 months ago, I started regularly getting SMS spam from shady online casino websites (from a different unidentified sender every time, so blocking is ineffective). Was a Telenor customer for 4 years before that, and nothing like this ever happened during that time.

Tried contacting customer support, they just shrugged and said they can't do anything about this.

Either Vimla is not doing enough to protect its customers from this kind of spam, or someone at the company is selling customer data to these scammy casinos. I don't know (or care) what exactly the reason is, as a customer I feel disappointed. At best, this is annoying, at worst, Vimla is enabling exploitation of vulnerable people who have gambling addiction.

So far so great

So far so great. I received an extra 30GB. The signal is good almost every where but around the Bjarnum-Hässleholm area. I take that train route daily and it's just a little sad that theres no signal.

Otherwise, the app is useful, it mentions my daily usage. If possible, could there be other language setting, as I do not have good Swedish. Thank you!

Had a lovely experience with Vimla

Had a lovely experience with Vimla! Had a sim delivered and a subscription started (without a personnummer) and their customer service was excellent! Please do keep it up. Lots of fast data with affordable prices, hope they can be a bit more cheaper..
The only issue I have is that they have operational issues that crop up(you can view them on status.vimla.se) every few days, and might take several hours to be resolved.

So far its good.

Its my first month of uing Vimla. So far its going good. But i was dissapointed as i made the subscription of 100 Gb in last week of previous month. i thought it would be charged me accourding to rest of the days, But you took the full price and I only used it for hardly 4 to 5 days .

In the first payment you'll pay for the days the subscription has been active during the first month, and for the whole next month. So the first payment will be bigger. Best operator in Sweden?

Cheap. No scummy sales tactics luring you into fixed 2-year contracts.

Very transparent with how data counts towards your different quotas.

Love how everything can be controlled through the app, including pausing or terminating your subscription.

Never had any issues in 5+ years of service.

Love them!

While I dislike their ads, they are a great company. Cheap and reliable. Signal doesn't drop out as much as Hallon or Comviq in remote locations and customer service is friendly and helpful. They don't try to rip you off like 3, Telenor or Tele2.

Not that bad after all...

I have to review my opinion on Vimla. Finally received my sim card( both of them in the same time). It still was hard to communicate with anybody on chat but mail response were quite prompt and very reasonable. I have been waiting for my sim card 9 working days ./Artur

We are truly sorry to hear that you have not yet received your SIM card and that you have not been able to reach our support in the chat.

The chat works in that way that you must stay on the same page until one of our support agents enters and then during the rest of the chat as well. If you leave the page, or if your screensaver kicks in during the chat, then you might get disconnected and loose your place in the que.

With that said I really hope that you will give us and the chat a second chance. The chat is open at vimla.se/chatt during weekdays 9-16 and in this moment the que is really short. If you find yourself getting disconnected then please try another browser and/or device.

We would like to investigate this further and also send you a new SIM card if the first one has been lost during the mail transport. Of course we will also adjust your payment so that it matches the days that you have had a SIM card.
