Had no problems with the car or the service. They spoke english. Had to make a security deposit and pay extra for being too young.

Really nice car with Apple CarPlay.

Always remember to take photos when you pcik up the car, so you have proof of the scratches.

Fraudulent company + horrible customer service

Wow! We had such a bad experience with this company. We reached out to the company because they represented “unlimited mileage” for our car rental. However, when we picked up the car from the rental company, they mentioned they do not provide unlimited mileage and that we needed to reach out to VIP Cars to make sure they would cover the extra mileage. When we called VIP Cars, we had a horrible experience with Garry from customer service. He said that the company does not provide “unlimited mileage” even though it’s advertised on their website and said it was just a “marketing strategy” to encourage people to book through them. He yelled at my husband and did not want us to speak to a manager. I couldn’t believe it. Will never book through them again as they are a fraud.

I am utterly disappointed with this service and as a public relations specialist I intend to make it known how unprofessional Optimo Rent is. I received my confirmation and traveled to FL as planned. When I arrived at the airport and called the office for a shuttle I was told an hour and a half wait to get a shuttle from the airport. I decided to take a taxi, which I had to pay for but as I was waiting for the taxi I called the office back to let them know my plan and I was told there was no car for me for at least 2 hours. I went to the office anyway to figure something out but to my surprise the office was a hole in the wall place with absolutely no cars on the property. When I was let into the building I was told there would be no car for at least 3 hours even though I had a reservation. As I stood there on my phone trying to find another option because I would be late to arrive to my appointment that I had flown down for I was then told they would not have a car for me at all that day. How in the world do you reserve cars you don’t have and send people confirmations. Does this place operate with 1 car to rent. Then I was asked to go outside and not stand in the building. I had to cross a highway with my bags to get to a place with internet to rent a car from somewhere else I which cost me double. I am horrified at this operation and the lack of integrity and customer service. They lie to people. I will make it my goal to make sure everyone is aware of your fraud and does not use their services.

The worst rental in the world.

The worst rental shop in the world.
If you want to rent a car on company, expect many problems.
You will receive three invoices and you have to ask for all of them from a different company, different from car booking - different from car insurance and still different from rental.
Tragedy! I definitely do not recommend it

Excellent experience...5 rentals so far this trip without any snags...no problems picking up any vehicles and 3 of the 5 were upgraded by the rental company with no charges...will definitely keep using Vip...
