I was never picked up at the airport in Istanbul October 2019. I was waiting for 2 hours and I tried calling the agency multiple times, but no answer. Ended up paying for another transfer at a higher airport price.

easy to deal with why cant every thing be that easy
due to covid-19. I have had to modify all my reservations (car, insurance, ...)

Horrible, Grubby ,Money grabbing company. Booked a car in Denmark with them, consequently Denmark closed its borders due to Corona virus, and Vip cars won't return deposit despite offering free cancellation in their advertising! Unhelpful, uncaring, customer service agents point you to terms and conditions, and when you point out that you are entitled to a refund under their FORCE MAJEURE (lasting more than 14 days) clause, they simply stop replying to you. Have received,or (been told I will) Full refund from Holiday home company, travel ins company, car hire excess ins company, Stanstead parking, and even Ryan Air.

Was contacted by them within 20 minuets of publishing this review offering refund on condition that I cancelled/withdrew it. One similar review already gone! Seems to be the way they keep their good ratings. Note to VIPcars... I told you It was not about the money! DON'T contact me again

I had been searching through the normal booking websites that I use for a deal. I generally look for a low spec car at under £100 for a week. I hadn't been able to find one and as such was widening my search and found VIPCars with a deal that ticked all of my criteria, so I booked. Booking was straight forward and the rental in Denmark, went without a hitch.
I made a typing mistake on my email when booking and although I got a confirmation booking code it did not match my email and thus I did not get the voucher by email. I phoned their hotline and was put through to customer service straight away - no waiting!! They quickly and efficiently sorted the problem out. Great service - will use again.
