Had monthly subscr. Every time near end if the month it would hang my phone internet traffic off.

She was totally professional, helpful, patience of a saint!!
Router oroblems started messing me up... she was patient.
Not only walked me thru all the steps... had me UPGRADE to a 2 yr contract...😀
..to avoId the end-of-month issues I had while on Monthly subscr.

It works so much better from when I first began using it. It would not stay connected, would disconnect and so on but I have not had any issues for a while now. I also must say the customer service has always been on point. I only started using VS because of a PATRIOT I listen to wanting to support his sponsors or businesses he recommended. VS was one of them. Thank you X22 and VS!

I have used Virtual Shield for many years. They have the best customer service BAR NONE. They actually have real live online service people that type back to you, and if they can't help they have a site to request a call, and they actually call you. I had updated my MAC to 2026 & had to regenerate a key. I didn't know how and they had Henry call me. He walked me through it. It was a simple process and I was up and running fast.
I prefer to use a VPN. With all the scams online it's best to protect yourself. Thank you Virtual Shield.

I have used Virtual Shield for about 3 years now, and have never had a problem getting & staying connected. But today I tried everything I knew to do and nothing worked. It kept telling me that work online was exposed.
I was getting a bit frustrated and was sure that I would have trouble finding help since it was a Saturday morning between Christmas and New Year's. But when I clicked on a chat-box on their website I was greeted by a nice lady named Olivia who helped answer my questions and assured me that the company knew about the temporary outage of service and were working to repair it. In fact, I was still chatting with her a few minutes later when she informed me that the problem had been resolved. She asked me to try to connect again and, sure enough, success. Thanks, again.
