Disappointing

Disappointing. 3 months in and it only works on my phone and for my laptop I need to use a free vpn from another company. The support is boiler plate and hasn't helped. Put in many hours with tech support and it hasn't helped.

I purchased this and wanted to have it…

I purchased this and wanted to have it for both Edge and Firefox. I downloaded the app and the software versions and it did not work at all on Edge and when I had it up on Firefox, it worked on regular websites but I could not go to my corporate websites, email or CRM with it on. I do not recommend this at all! I have had the hardest time getting a refund and they say they cannot give refunds with a technical issue. I have worked with this for 2 hours now and I do not have the time to spend on something that will not allow me to do my work on my corporate website. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME FOR THIS IF YOU ARE NEEDING TO ACCESS CORPORATE OUTLOOK, CRMs or ANY REPORTING WEBSITES!

Unstable VPN, nickel-and-dimed for features

The VPN is very unstable. You can count on it failing every 20-30 minutes. They have an "internet kill switch" option that shuts off your internet when this happens, which means you won't be browsing without a VPN without knowing it if you turn that on, but it also means you can't do anything that requires a stable connection.
When the VPN fails it will say "connected" but the UI will appear as if it's disconnected, if you "disconnect" in this state, it will reconnect (and tell you that it's disconnected) or it will simply never reconnect and you'll have to kill the program. If you have to kill the program, it often messes with your internet settings, and you'll have to go though troubleshooting steps to fix it.
Many (MANY) features that are free with other VPNs are paid add-ons for Virtual Shield. Want to see American Netflix? Sorry, that's an add-on. Want customer support? Sorry, that's an add-on.
There are several options when it comes to buying a VPN. Virtual shield is a fine while it works, and it often doesn't. It isn't cheap enough to justify its terrible stability and lack of features.

Highly Recommended VPN

I’ve been trying to find the perfect suitable VPN for me and have been using different VPNs each month to see what their offerings. VirtualShield I can say is one of the best providers who offer everything that one customer needs

Virtual shield.com..

Virtual shield.com... I ordered it for a year, with 30 days of trial time. Ordered 6/11-2018. I could not get foreign channels. There are more problems getting it to work. I sliced I well will stop the 27/11-18. and ' they ' would close it. On 2-3 dec slices i if we stop on 6/12-18. The 9/12 I get the email with I can't get my money back since I haven't complied with the 30 days.? ....

virtual shield.com ... jeg bestilte det for et år, med 30 dage prøve tid. Bestilt 6/11-2018. Jeg kunne ikke få udenlandske kanaler . Hulo ..Der er flere problemer med at få det til at virke . Jeg skiver jeg godt vil stoppe den 27/11-18 . Og ' de' ville lukke det .den 2-3 dec skiver jeg om vi stopper den 6/12-18. Den 9/12 får jeg e-mail med jeg ikke kan få mine penge tilbage, da jeg ikke har overholdt de 30 dage .?.... pas på med VPN
