It would have been 5 stars but I paid for express delivery and anyway the deliver was the same time as it would have been with normal payment.
That for me feels like to pay for nothing.

Upon checking, we can confirm that the Posters order has a different delivery date compared with your other orders which reflects the express shipping date. This happens because on the Checkout page before you make the payment, we’ll show you how your order will be split and the estimated date that each product will be delivered to you. This means you’ll know prior to purchase which products in your cart may arrive later than your chosen delivery speed. You may also find this information on our delivery page. We truly understand your frustration when express shipping doesn't meet the expected timeframe. However, some products have different delivery options and delivery times. Some products will take a little longer to produce and deliver. For future orders, if you need any additional help before completing your order, please don't hesitate to get in touch with us.

Wow! Just received my order of 5 personalized calendars and 7 mugs - all with my own astronomy photos. Ordered Nov 29th, arrived Dec 4th. Great quality prints, no lines or other print artifacts - unlike other companies I've tried. Web site super easy to use and to add your own photos. I just spread the word among my astronomy club, so I expect you will receive many more orders!

Very helpful in creating a design
I was struggling with the auto design system so had to contact them for assistance. I found them very helpful and managed to get the issue resolved with minimal full in a good timeframe!

I only ever order my business cards from Vistaprint. It's not always the fastest for delivery, but the quality makes up for this.

Order cancelled without explanation
Everything seemed seemed to work fine. I ordered a personalised cup with a photo and they took in charge my order. Later I receivedan e-mail that it was cancelled for some their reason (without any explanation why). Few days later I repeated and the same thing... Both times the money was immediately refunded, but I lost my time for something that didn't work and even though I did it now with one other website, the gift for my friend will probably arrive after her birthday...

Internal label printing process doesn't work
Product is fine but both times I have ordered recently the address printed on the package did not list my street number or apartment number so it was impossible to deliver. Fortunately the delivery company were able to contact me by phone. There is clearly some systematic issue with label printing or sharing the address with the courier that needs to be resolved ASAP.

Never again
We ordered 40 bottles customised. We paid more for a fast delivery, and we got more than one week of delay without any kind of communication from them.
We tried to erase the order and have the money back since the fair was already done, but they gave us back only the expenses for the delivery.
I'm sorry to say that we will not buy anything from you again.
