So far, all the products that I have ordered(catalogues, brochures, posters...) have come on time or before the date, and with a superior quality in each of them, now I am doing more brochures, and the sticky tape with the logo, and I would like to know if it will be also up to the same standard up to now, looking for reviews about it (sticky tape) but not seen any so far! Can someone help me?

It's a company that places orders to designers, then pays them through a scam holding company (Orvian Trust) where they ask you to purchase a VAT for 80$ to "release" your payment. Even though you inform them from the beginning they will have to transfer your payment to your bank account (as with any normal transaction), they say "yes", but in reality do whatever they want. However, they sell stolen designs (18 are mine) which they have not paid for.
I ordered 1000 leaflets and they looked really good, so I decided to order 2500 more. The next batch looked awful, completely desaturated and yellow.
I told customer service and they said they would send a new set. I said "please don't send me a new set if they're going to look like this, I have no use for them" - they promised that the next set would be better. I said "okay, but only if you're 100% sure they won't look all yellow and desaturated again".
I explained to them that ALL of my work is in the summer, and that I urgently needed the leaflets. I said that what I did not want to do was wait another week for the new set, and then have the exact same problem again. The customer service agent promised me this would not happen, he said I "had his word", and that the next set would be like the originals.
I explained my situation, I trusted them to resolve the situation, and quite frankly I was lied to. All they did was re-do the exact same order again. The next set arrived today and they are completely yellow, the blues are faded, they look awful. So, exactly as I had worried, I wasted lots of valuable time and received a product I can't use. My apartment is now full of these unusable leaflets, it's an enormous waste of paper and an enormous waste of time, and it's caused huge problems for my business.
I live in a holiday town, so most of my customers are only here in the summer. This is why I needed the leaflets quickly. There's barely anybody here in September so there's barely any work.
When will the problem be resolved? Next week? Next month? Never? Who knows? They constantly promise and apologise, but what's the point if they can't solve the actual problem, and just tell you empty words? I'm beyond frustrated with this, because the customer service agent literally lied directly to me, and nobody has checked to see if the problem was fixed, they simply sent me another batch of bad ones without even trying.

Ordered goods for a total of €17. They charged me €6.99 for delivery. The shipping company charged me an additional €22.85. They said that Vistaprint was lying and that they were in Spain, which is not true, they are from the Netherlands, so this is the customs broker's price

I just ordered some business cards via Vistaprint. There are a lot of variables to make colours and font how you want. Couldn't work out how to do a border, but it didn't matter.
They arrived quickly and were perfect.

I totally agree with the last review. I have also used Vistaprint 2 or 3 times a year for the last 20 years to make the yearly calendar or album. The quality is always good and it's easy to prepare. The prices haven't varied a lot either which is thankful. I highly recommend this page.

Product good quality, but customer service was disjointed and robotic.
Despite asking four times for a specific delivery date, and having it confirmed, VistaPrint then delivered one week early, no one was there to receive the order. There then followed a serious of robotic responses (written by AI?) which failed to answer or respond sensibly to questions.

I rate with one star because it's a requirement of Trustpilot. If I could I wouldn't either qualify a single start but ZERO.
A request generated on 2024 December the 27th and requested as priority sending (with overcost) arrived the 4th of January with impression errors all around, not only in the pictures but also in the calendars. Opened an incident the 4th of January and STILL TODAY waiting for the parcel to arrive or some notification from Vistaprint.
I'm completely dissapointed, I've been yearly customer for decades and I've never had such awful experience.

I have been a client of VistaPrint for about 15 years.
I am not a frequent customer. I place maybe 2-3 orders per year, but I am so grateful this company exists.
The products are always of PREMIUM quality and delivered on time (mostly even earlier). I have occasionally tried to find some errors or mistakes in the delivered products. NONE. The materials, printing quality, and small details – everything is perfect.
Nowadays, very few companies maintain such a high level of quality and standards. I admire that VistaPrint is one of them. A big bow to the people who manage the entire process.
Please keep up the great work!

Our company ordered two roll-up banners for a business fair and paid for urgent delivery. However, only one was delivered on time, and the other was scheduled for delivery the following week according to their system.
When we asked for a solution, they offered no resolution and only apologized, which doesn't help us. We need the roll-up for the business fair, and simply apologizing without solving the problem is not helpful.
As a result, I no longer trust this company for my business needs.
