Consistently friendly, helpful and professional

Claudio and the team are consistently helpful and knowledgable. I have no hesitation in recommending them and their themes. I recently could not download my theme from another provider and went back to them to ask if they would allow me to download from them with a copy of my invoice and it was not a problem at all. Thanks Guys.

Fast and friendly

I had issues to access the WordPress themes through my lifetime account. One support ticket on Saturday afternoon, and problem was solved after two hours... That's, how customer support should be.

I bought the $99 package for the use of…

I bought the $99 package for the use of all the themes they have. I was worried about support before I bought it, but I didn't think I would be so satisfied after I bought it. 24/7 support and fast response gives confidence. They have the necessary explanations about theme installation on their site, but I had an error, they quickly supported and solved the problem on my site. they also provided support when I made extra requests. I am very satisfied. It was exactly what I wanted on the site. Thanks Visualmodo and the whole support team

Excellent customer support from Claudio at Visualmodo!

I had purchased PEAK theme from my hosting service and had trouble installing demo content for slider. Claudio, the expert for visualmodo was so quick to see the issue, sent files needed and now the demo content is looking perfect! He was also fast to resolve other minor issues. Very professional and knowledgeable crew! Highly recommended!

Amazing experience of help when I needed it, of quickness to answer, of friendly contact and patience with me, of professional and really impressive way to fix errors that I had made.
And all this on top of the beautiful design of the themes that come out of Visualmodo!

Recommended by long-time customer

I've been customer of Visualmodo for nearly 5 years. The well-designed look and price of the templates is what first sold me. After digging in, the included quality plugins, demo content, etc makes it even more valuable. Once you run into a problem, you soon realize the support is even more impressive, summing up a rather amazing quality content/support combo. Lifetime cancelled

I purchased a LifeTime subscription in 2017. In May 2022, my subscription was removed (order canceled) from my account and the entire order deleted (after adding a support ticket).

In the attachment I send screenshots with the order and current status.

I have screenshots of the order and the current status of my canceled lifetime subscription.

Despite contacting via support, it was not restored and the ticket was deleted.

I suspect there are more customers like me.

I'm trying to find your order searching by your name but I can't find it, I'm also can't find tickets or emails from you. In any case, We're implementing an API keys system on our products for an extra layer of security and some old orders were affected, yours may be one, but we're recreating the orders one-by-one for other affected users. Can you please let me know your support ticket number so I can find your email address and order info and understand why you did not have it solved yet? and of course, fix it for you.

Extremely Helpful

My business partner and I bought a theme from Visualmodo on Wordpress and had some issues with transferring the demo over. We're unfamiliar with WP, so we likely just imported something wrong, but the staff at Visualmodo have been extremely helpful. They fixed the error messages we were having and our website now looks like the demo of the theme. They also have an extremely fast response time with support tickets. 10/10

I have been using the visualmodo's…

I have been using the visualmodo's STREAM theme since 2017. This theme is awesome, the plugins provided with for free (WPBakery or Slider Revolution) allow me to create a modern onepage site. The latest update greatly speeds up the loading of the site. The price is competitive compared to other themes with visual builders and the support is reactive.

Great themes and incredibly responsive

I have had a lifetime subscription since what feels like at least half a lifetime.

The themes are great and do come with a range of plugins that are very straight forward to install from within the themes.

The team is really responsive, courteous, and helpful when I reached out to them with issues I encountered.

Definitely would purchase again.

Great company with friendly support and easy to follow how to videos. I’m not very savvy when it comes to coding, and have purchased many themes and abandoned projects because it was just overwhelming. I’ve gotten the support needed to see my latest project all the way through and I couldn’t be more happy and proud. Thanks Visialmodo for helping to create a satisfactory experience for me.

Lifetime subscription was cancelled...

Though there was a huge problem by the company who cancelled my lifetime subscription by accident, they fixed it after 2 months I was contacting them. Finally they found a solution, but it was a little frustrating.
Now I have to see if everything will go smoothly on next updates and new themes.

Bought a Visualmodo Wordpress theme…

Bought a Visualmodo Wordpress theme from Bluehost Marketplace. Found out it was lacking demofiles. Reached out to Visualmodo support. Received prompt response from their team. They were very courteous and helpful. They even followed up to see if I had resolved the issue.

The Best Support In The Industry

I have been a customer of Visualmodo for a number of years and use their themes with the majority of my clients, as well as myself.

The quality of their themes is superior to most of the offerings from competitors. Beyond that is their support responses.

I have yet to engage with any vendor that offers the level of support and expertise of Visualmodo. That alone differentiates their company and team for most of the others.

I highly recommend Visualmodo to anyone looking for WordPress themes that are well developed and maintain a high quality. Add exceptional support and you have a go to company for all your needs.

I'm so pleased to get support on getting started setting up my blog. Being new to Wordpress it's hard to understand if my experience is the expected one or if I need to go back a step. Happily I made a theme purchase from Visualmodo, as this support venue provided the most help and action of anyone I've contacted for assistance.

Unethical billing is not good business practice…

When I cancelled my yearly subscription, they continued to charge me. They stated that the yearly subscription is for the coming 12 months which is false. They also stated that I had to go onto PayPal and cancel, however, since no other company has charged me when I cancelled a subscription, it is simply unethical and not good customer service or good for business.

Sorry, but what is ''unethical'' and ''not good customer service or good for business'' is ignoring what the customer service asks you to do and writing bad reviews because you're unhappy with the results you got.

Great Themes and Customer Support

Visualmodo has great themes that I use for my freelance web design agency! Their themes are top-notch and you have plenty of options to choose from. As far as their customer service, I am satisfied with the response times and their willingness to address any issues I have faced!
