Order a litre of maple syrup, received 2 x 20p tubes of love heart sweets. I bought this through Amazon and will receive a refund. What on earth is Amazon doing dealing with these scammers?

I wish that I saw these reviews before I made an order from this scamming company. I haven't received my order.

Absolutely disgraceful I ordered a 20 mystery garden box and received 15 tealight candles and some garden hose ends. This company are scammers so please beware!!!!
I can't actually believe Wowcher have them on their website such trash.
I am going to look into this more as it seems a lot of people have been ripped off and this is not right

Ordered a £29.99 mystery garden box . 20 items . Box arrived with 10 really rubbish 10p garden things and 10 tiny little candles for inside no more than £1 . All together the box contained around £5 worth of rubbish . Absolutely con artist . Tried to return but they are saying I have to pay postage which will not be refunded . Stay clear of this company

Bought from vino mounts via wowcher not received order and still waiting on wowchers response. Will never use either again!

I ordered winter car window screens last xmass from Vivo mount via wowcher. (B7WHLKGL) Didint receive them, Contact wowcher to discuss it and they werent interested and now wowcher are asking for the payment and have referred to a debt collectors for 5.99.

I seem to have the same problem as previous reviewer. bought parasol via wowcher end of November, but this parasol has never materialised and tracking 'doesn't recognise the number given' .

Vivo mounts? - well, my advice nased purely on my experience is AVOID, utterly unreliable

Screwdriver set is still in the ether, not able to contact to find out if they even existed in anything but my imagination, a real con, I will never trust this company and would recommend that you keep your money in your pocket rather than let these scammers have it

Bought a weights bench that basically folded in 2 after 1 weeks use. They do not reply to emails, calls and have clearly been scammed DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM VIVOMOUNTS

Ordered mystery box biggest load of rubbish (not the words I wanted to use ) even had price tags still on a couple of items €0.50 and €0.35 stay well away

Ordered wood pellets for a pizza oven and they have sent a bag of cat litter instead! AVOID!

I ordered a dinosaur playmat and dinosaur figures £14.99 plus £4.99 postage through Wowcher. The company said they had posted it out for delivery by Yodel. Neither have actually received it. I've spent 1hr on yodel live chat and now 1 1/2 hrs on live chat with Vivomounts!!!! I've also phoned and left a message. No return call. So now beginning to think Vivomounts&Co are scammers/thieves. I can't afford to replace my order, so my grandson will have to do without!! Horrible people! Do not buy from them!!

Ordered two mystery boxes from Wowcher through Vivomounts. A boys and a girls. Only one arrived yet both say they were delivered. No contact number to call and only an email address.

Opened the parcel to find 6 tacky items that include two bubble tubes, a small deck of playing cards, a balloon, a girls mask, a very small rubber bouncy ball and an LOL doll bag. All girly items, not boys.

They were £9.99 each and they wanted £4.99 for delivery on both items. £30 spent and only about £6-£7 of items in the parcel.

Disgusting and I can't believe Wowcher allow them to sell via their site.

In the process of getting a refund but please stay away from these purchases.

I ordered the Wowcher offer to buy 3 Squirrel Stress Relief Fidget Toys for the price of £9.99 inclusive.
Only one of the toys arrived so I immediately informed the company (Vivo Technologies)' I had replies from the 'think price department'.
Well, they are trying all ways of trying not to acknowledge that they have failed in sending me the correct order. I have given them all the details they require in more than one email.
This morning they replied asking me to contact a different department and repeat all of my query again!!
Having now read the reviews I can see now that I am dealing with a company who disbelief and will not honour its clients' queries/complaints.
Shame on you!

Disgusting and misleading. I bought the mystery 20 item box thinking (as it advertised as having electric or branded items within) that I you'd receive SOMETHING from it useful and worth the money. Oh how wrong could I be??? Avoid Avoid Avoid!!!!!!!!!

Bought some mystery homeware boxes as a punt that I might get something useful. Box was full of useless old tat, clearly have opened muti packs of items and count each individual one as 1 item
Who the hell needs 15 loose nail files, 6 wardrobe dehumidifier packs and 7 packs of wire brushes the remaining items were loose small tea candles. wish I'd read reviews before I purchased on a whim. Clearly a massive scam going on here. Wowcher were next to useless and should be ashamed of having this on their website. I will be raising this with the correct authorities. Company should be shut down
