Easy porting of home phone
Easy setup and arrangement to port my domestic phone line away from bt to voipstudio, I can finally shut my bt line down completely since they cancelled our fibre install and we moved to starlink.
Plus many more features than would ever be available with a bt line, for a third of the price!

Update:
They refunded me the full amount and also offered me a cash back on the month that I paid for, and I continued using their service.
Update:
Very bad customer service, I sent an email before purchasing to ask about certain features like using my personal phone number and calling outside Europe, etc.
They responded with yes and they gave my the feature for the first half month, and then suddenly without any notices during the month they changed the rules and deducted money for every single call I made, while I was supposed to have 17xx minutes left in my bundle.
And when I contacted the customer service they promised they return the money if I used a Spanish number, and so I did, then they replied with "Call Credit spent on making calls won`t be returned.”
Very bad and unprofessional.

I haven’t tried all the features yet, but so far, so good, I’m really impressed of the quality of the calls, The first call wasn’t that good, but the rest are really good.
One more thing I still want to know if the recording feature is working.
