I must say since approimately 2024, I have been using Way parking when I fly out of IAH Airpart. The only problem I generally have Is being picked up from the airport in a timely fashion

Price and organization is good. I wish there was a little better communication prior to the actual booking start date. Also, there is no easy way to print out the confirmation with the phone app being required.
Service was exceptional!
The only hiccup was the receipt sending your driver to the wrong area of your lot. He searched the lot and eventually found our car. Bless him.
Waited 1hr and 14mins at the terminal for the bus to come get me and take me to the lot I would call each time after 15 mins and I kept getting told 7 more minute. I rather know the truth then lies if there bus operation was smooth it would have been better.
I’m attending a multi-day event. When I made the parking reservation I added all the days I would be attending. I called to check if I could leave at night, and come back the following day. Oliver was super helpful. He answered all my questions. Since the reservation I made would not work (the garage did not allow in and out privileges), he helped me cancel it. He also setup a call back so someone could help me book a new reservation. He was very kind, and saved me from making a huge mistake! Highly recommend!

Ryan went out of his way to help me. I was having problems making my reservation for parking online. He was very helpful and patient in directing me on how to possibly solve my problem with my device that I was using. When the solution still didn't work, he took my reservation over the phone, much to my satisfaction. I have been a loyal customer of Global Parking for many years, both out of Las Vegas and Seaattle. I wouldn't use anyone else!

You provided me with the wrong address to park my car and I want a refund of my payment.
I liked the premise of the app overall. It was easy to find a place to park near my venue. I am a bit angry and disappointed that I paid for 3 days, but once I moved from the lot and re-entered within the same period, I was not let pack in. I had to get a new ticket upon entry and paid an additional $45. Also, the directions were not clear that the parking address was on LOWER Wacker Drive, under the same address on Upper Wacker.
Quick, helpful, and courteous service! I emailed a question late at night and received a response right away. Oliver, the representative, was friendly, professionals, and thorough in his answers. I really appreciated the amazing service!

The hotel was rude, where we left our car, the shuttle was 45 minutes late and we almost missed our flight
Would recommend people do not use this service in the future, please provide a full refund .. if I don't receive a refund then it's true that this is a terrible service

The shuttle was not working when I dropped my car off or when I picked it up.
I called for the shuttle 4 times when I landed and no one picked up. I had to pay for an uber each way.
Also, when I got here to go home, I had to wait 25 minutes for my car.

I utilize the app easily in order to schedule and pay for my parking ahead of time… Doubletree Hilton parking garage is always easy to access and easy parking — with a back hotel hallway leading to the front where I get shuttle service to the airport right on time✅
