Good luck accessing it

It's always the same story, "make sure your PC or phone is connected to the internet", loading the QR code takes a really looooog time, when you try to select a phrase it goes up or down without control etc.
A bad experience in general

Works but has a fundamental flaw

WhatsApp is easy to use and on the whole is a good messaging service that feels a bit more up to date than some of it's competitors. I down rated it because the desktop app needs to linked to a phone, with which it frequently disconnects itself. If I have to constantly use my phone to unlock it then it defeats the object of having it which makes it very inconvenient to use.

Complete waste of time

Impossible to get it to work on laptop, just keeps telling me to rescan qr code.
Worked on Android tablet until I turned it off then its gone forever and wants me to start the process again.
If you want to waste hours of your life then trying to get this rubbish to work is a great way of doing just that

Idk what WhatsApp changed here, but since an update it's taking minutes over minutes to get all the new messages onto my wa-web. in meantime i could just send this message via phone...

Absolute rubbish customer services

Absolute rubbish customer services. I had a problem with a broadcast list on the desktop version and they kept telling me they don't "understand" the issue...millions other did though on the forums. Absolute and typical USA un-educated customer services.

I am trying to use the same Watts app…

I am trying to use the same Watts app account on my phone and ipad, if a friend sends me a watts app message on my phone I can't see it when I am on my ipad and the same with ipad message on phone . When I go on my ipad I would like to see the same conversations I had on my phone but I can't. Help please

Not trust worthy

Facebook/Whatsapp is not trust worthy. They keep changing their terms of service. Switch to Signal Messenger.

Logs out frequently

Logs out frequently. Every time I need the web version, I have to take my smartphone and go through the QR code again and again. Quite annoying experience

Communication is made for everyone

Great, no issues at all. Only thing is that they are now Facebook-owned, so might have some data gathering concerns. But the service itself is great and no ads.

Amazing web app

Amazing web app, so nicely organized and instant sync with mobile makes it so comfortable to move in the house but still keep the conversations going without problem and delays

Deceptive - claim to be end to end encrypted but give law enforcement and government agencies back-doors.
