My cat is a convert after living her life on other vet recommended diets she started vomiting. I belive the food she was on had changed their ingredients
I started feeding her JWB & there hasn't been any vomiting since
My only issue for cats I wish there was more choice of flavours in the 10kg bags

Quick delivery. Delighted to receive this order direct as my cats adore these biscuits which have been out of stock at Pets At Home for several weeks now. Two happy elderly cats now they have their favourite back in their bowls.

Excellent senior cat food. They love it and I'm reassured that they're getting all the goodness they need. The subscription service is really useful, so I need never run out - making for two very happy cats (and one happy owner).

Both of our cats love this food. One of them has allergies and this is the best hypoallergenic food we have tried. His brother enjoys it too.
We have recently switched our subscription to come directly from James Wellbeloved. This is much better value than the previous site we were using. The account is really easy to access and use and communication is good and helpful.

I use James Wellbeloved because
We went for the option of subscribing so we know when it will be dispatched.
Their website is nice & simple to navigate. If, as I did this time, have to change my delivery date it was an easy experience.
My order is sent out on the day it is scheduled to go out. Once the bag of cat food has been dispatched I received emails updating me on its progress. My order is always securely packaged. I have never had a problem with deliveries.
I will certainly continue to purchase from James Wellbeloved as I am quite satisfied. Cannot fault the service.
Overall though, I highly recommend James Wellbeloved.

Cannot fault this pet food. My cats won't touch anything else, they have no allergies or digestive issues with JWB and have been fed their grain free kibble for 4 years.
My dog has ongoing digestive issues and we've had years of elimination diets and trying everything. We settled on JWB grain free and he's never been better. He never gets bored of this food, he goes crazy for his bowl. The kibble are the perfect size and shape, and the crunch sound when he eats is telling me they are super crunchy and tasty.
Amazing food JWB, 10/10 would recommend, I've not found another food that my cats and dog will eat and not ever have health issues.

I was ordering the senior cat food pouches from Am.... but they stopped keeping the salmon variety. Just as an after thought I wondered if I could buy directly from the manufacturer. I could and at a price that was reasonably comparable. Great news as my three cats have got used to having the salmon variety for breakfast and the chicken for supper.

Very happy with this cat food! We brought two cats from the US to the UK several years ago, one is a picky eater. The food we were able to get her to eat was fine, but it messed with her digestive system. We stumbled across James Wellbeloved chicken flavour for senior cats by accident, and immediately noticed a change for the better. Needless to say, we've cancelled our subscription for the old cat food, and have already switched to James Wellbeloved!

Easy site to navigate and find what you need quickly, they do offers every now and then which helps with the budget. Fast free delivery, usually gets delivered in a cpl days.
I would set up a subscription if they offered them at the price they do with discounts, as I personally shop around for the best prices and its not always their own site that have it, so I have to use different vendors which gets a bit faffy

Ordered from Italy for our cat as mislaid a packet an neighbour needed replacement urgently. Good speed of delivery and excellent communication. Our cat has decided it no longer likes the tuna, but now prefers the turkey. Everyone now happy!

Finally, a company that just does everything so well. Gentle reminders of upcoming subscription orders, skipping or adding to an order is so easy. The loyalty programme works and delivery is super quick. And, of course, the cats I've their products.

I find it so convenient for the product to be delivered straight to my door no more having to carry it home from the supermarket. Having a regular delivery gives me peace of mind that my cats won’t be without food. They were started on James Wellbeloved at the rescue centre so it seemed sensible to stick with it. I find by bulk buying I do save money as well.

Been using JW for over 10 years after one of my cats had a continuous upset stomach, it was the only food that settled him down, both of my cats have been using ever since with no issues. Service was quick, delivered to my safe place, price was good with new user discount.

Our 3 cats love the grain free dried cat biscuits. All have amazing glossy coats and wet noses.
Sadly, one bag was damaged by the carrier, but that doesn't normally happen. I emailed James Wellbeloved a few days ago but no response yet ... come on JW, make sure customer service doesn't let down you fab products.

Next day delivery was offered and fulfilled - (ordered on Friday and delivered on Saturday at the stated time).
Tracking information was accurate and delivery person was polite and friendly.

Lke the website lots of useful information about the products. nice that there is a loyaty scheme. My cats do very well on this food . Ordering was hassle free with delivery being very quick. Overall a pleasent hassle free experience.

Great to not have to worry about running out with the regular deliveries.
Grain free adult turkey pouches had more juice this time saving me adding extra moisture.
Both cats staying healthy on this food.
