Scam. My order got cancelled by Wellindal for stocking issues. 2 months later still no refund. I have to get my lawyer and the bank involved to get my money back. Stay away from this website.

Ordered a cupboard and waited over a week only to get an email saying they do not have the item in stock. When I asked for a refund they said it would take 2 weeks, so they are keeping my payment for over a month before refunding. Will never use this company again!

Ordered a table and after 15 days got a message it is not in a stock.
After this I got offered another tables, and I asked additional information about one of the tables.
They changed my order with no consent from my side and now they are sending a table that I do not want, I have proof in form of emails that didn't order the second order, but they are not replying.
AVOID AT ANY COST!

I feel bad that I didn't check their review before ordering.
After 10 days of ordering I was told that the product is not available. I insisted as all the good offers from different sales we over and I cannot get the same price again. Plus it was suppose to arrive for Christmas and it wasnt even shipped by the time that was supposed to be arrival date.
Now I am stuck they say they have shipped and it's been over a month. I have low expectations.
Please save yourself from this scam.
I will update if I receive the tables.

Bad to deliver order correctly.
I ordered 6 chairs and got 4 chairs, even though I paid for 6 chairs. I wrote you an email if I haven't got all my chairs. Unfortunately, I thought it was bad style to not reply to one's mail when I was really just interested in getting what I paid for. Right now I have the feeling I am not getting what I paid for when I see your trust pilot reviews.

Order confirmed sent shipping details, took 2 days of work for when the table should have arrived, tracking site tells you nothing other than it is coming from Spain.
Contacted CS they said they'd check with their delivery company. Nothing back after several emails.

Would give no stars if I could . Payed over £200 pound for a table then received an email saying it was out of stock and they were cancelling my order . I asked about a refund and was offered my money plus 10% if I took it in points which I refused . Was told it would take 14 days for refund after 14 days no refund emailed again got replies in Spanish asking me to review the site . Eventually I got an answer saying the payment platform had broken but I would get my refund in a few days . Guess what never recieved. I contacted my bank and they have given me a refund . Avoid at all costs

Order process and payment are OK. But my order was delayed, and delayed, and delayed. So I cancelled the order in April 2019 en still no refund. WATCH OUT WITH THIS SHOP!!! Although they keep on communicating (computer?) nothing happens. The worst shop I experienced!!

They never answer you and don't return you your money back if damaged product or delayed. They are not part of any scheme like resolver so no one will give you your money back

Fraudulent company Do not place any orders with them. I ordered a table and chairs £516. A week later I received an e.mail saying the item was out of stock. I asked for a refund. I have received an e.mail saying their payment platform were having technical problems. To date I still have not received my money.

What a scam! Lost all my money! They even emailed me to say there is a problem with their payment platform and it will take a while to refund my money.. I also had fraud on this same credit card a few weeks ago, now it all makes sense! How can this website not be shut down? Will report them to my credit card company tomorrow

I’ve just had the same experience. I Ordered and paid for a shelving unit €100 plus €50 delivery charge. Two weeks later received an email to say it wasn’t in stock, and of course neither was anything else I chose.... They said my money would be refunded in 14 days and of course it hasn’t been and the latest excuse is that their system is down.

This is the worst supplier ever! I ordered a table and it was damaged when it arrived.
I sent all the pictures to Wellindal and after 2 weeks they finally got a currier to collect the damaged table.
The agreement was that they will give me a refund as soon as they receive the table. It’s been 10 days since their currier collected the item and Wellindal is keep saying that they have not received the table back. This is clearly their fault and they are just blaming me - they refuse to give me refund. This is fraud and I started the process of reporting them to my credit card company.
Hopefully I’ll get a refund through my credit card.
They shouldn’t be allowed to operate! STAY AWAY! Worst customer service ever.
