Why i did not read these reviews! I have ordered something that still did not arrive and based on the other comments it will probably never arrived.
Which right do we have to get our money back?

I so wished i would have read the reviews 1st!
I've been emailing this company for nearly 3 weeks now regarding my delivery and nothing!
This is a joke! I only ordered a sideboard unit but it cost around £135! I've still not had any confirmation either with an order number!

Fraud. Do not use this company

Have had the same issue as the other people. My wife has ordered a table but never received, they have told is out of stock. Asked them for a refund they said ok but never received. To all people, open a dispute with your bank and they will help to you. They will ask simple questions to know the whole story, this is what I did and today morning the bank put a credit to my account. Do not wait weeks or months for wellindal they will not send anything. Ask your bank and they will force the company.

I've been ripped off by them as well. No communication, no item, just taken my money. Avoid at all cost. Wish I'd checked TrustPilot first.

Wellindal SCAM!!! Don't you buy from them, please

I bought the shoe rack off them on 07/01/2020 and a day before it was supposed to be delivered on the 24/01/2020 they contacted me saying that it was out of stock and asked did i want credit for another item.
I said no, that I wanted a refund, which they agreed to.
Then they stated that I would be refunded by the 10/02/20.
This refund never came.
I then contacted them again and mentioned that I did not receive a refund, to which they replied They would get it to my by 23/03/2020.
I still have not received my refund, and I sent an email this week which I got no reply, they are simply ignoring me. I highly not recommend this company, is a totally SCAM

It seems this is their common behavior - not to refund the canceled orders. The same issue with me - ordered table, after a couple of the days I asked about the order status and got an update that it is not available anymore. Still waiting for a refund, all their answers are the same - it is in process, wait a bit...
I will try to work through the bank.

This company is a complete joke. Its a SCAM! I had the same issue! Bought item then had order cancelled and been fighting for a refund ever since. I've reported them to the Action Fraud and will start an Action against them!

Absolutely disgusted with the service, ordered a sideboard all paid for, waiting for delivery, delivery date comes and goes no information. Email to find out what’s happened, 3 days later response sorry not in stock, choose something else, nothing is even close, ask for refund, 3 days later we will refund upto 14 days, almost 6 weeks later still fighting for my refund. Wish I read previous reviews first, would have never have used this company, don’t know how they are even trading

Robbed. I paid and never received the product. On the site it says "delivered", but they never gave me the track number or even the name of the courier. They don't answer me. They stole € 90 from me

Currently trying to get a refund since November for a so called out of stock table that they are still advertising as in stock on their website. Numerous emails and the same excuses as everyone else. I will be contacting my bank tomorrow for a charge back of the payment. Total scam of a company I wish I checked reviews before ordering.

I messaged wellindale agents and asked if this is the person I needed to contact to complain about service and not getting my refund since October
Omg 3 hours later I got a full refund including delivery deposited into my bank

Worth sending similar message and maybe you could get your refunded money too

I can't believe that this company is getting away with robbing people of their money!! I have had literally the same issue as everyone else on here.

I ordered a table and only after I chased this up did they tell me that it was not in stock.

They have told me that I would receive a refund, but I've had nothing.

UPDATE:
Call your bank and ask to make a charge-back claim and you will get your money back. Don't allow this company to take your hard earned money!!

Absolute con artists

Absolute con artists. Purchased goods and they never delivered. Then informed out of stock and wantedr to choose another product. I declined and requested refund. 4 months later and nothing. Constant messages saying they'll chase it up with returns department. No chance of getting anything. Wish I had researched first.
