service was not done on a professional level.No proper instruction were given for people to follow with the exception of older spanish man who place people on a proper line. At a point of time , it was a total disruption. I was there at 11:00 am on line but, others people that cames in around 12:00 were placed on on a van to their destination by order of a middle age spanish lady who was making decision of who to go or not. during the transportation to the boat, the driver was very polite and even apologize for the complete disorder and confusion. The return was great. The van was there on time early and took us back to our car.

We had to call several times and the phone was never picked up, There are 2 different numbers and none of them, at the pick up date I was told that I should have asked the driver for is personal number next time, which I think is unacceptable, since there is 2 different number given to call at the pick up time, in the other hand the Driver was the best, so friendly and making jokes to keep us awake and help us with the stress.

Could you please use signs that are visible from the road that was my only problem with this place. I had to pay like ten dollars driving through parking garages trying to find the right one for we park in Miami.

Terrible. Was given the wrong address three times. Tried to call, but nobody answered. Drive around Miami an extra hour and a half. Absolutely ridiculous.

My family parked here for a cruise. Drop off wasn't so hectic but pick up was HORRIBLE!!! They only had 2 vans picking up hundreds of people. It took over an hour for the 1st van to arrive. We were told that the other van would be pulling up within the next minute or two. Good thing part of our group got on the 1st van and went to get cars because the second van never arrived. We will never use WeParkin again!!! Not enough vans/drivers.

Located in a convenient place near to port Miami and hassle free parking and safety.

Service was great. They load you up and take you directly to port. Will definitely use again

Waited over one hour for pickup before ordering an uber. Spoke with driver at lot and he said vans were being repaired. I'm not even sure they sent any that day for pickup. No emails or communication.

Friendly staff. On time! Smooth and prompt service. I will definitely book again.

Zero clear direction on where to be picked up after our cruise from the Miami port. We were given a yellow piece of paper that had very limited info and the info on there told us to walk to picnic tables but there are no picnic tables at the port… we ended up having to get an Uber after circling for 20 mins. No way to contact anyone. Number on the paper took me to voicemail. Experience was good getting there but even that, no clear signage from outside that the garage was We Park Miami. Wish I just paid more and parked at the port. Won’t do this again.

Clear directions and no waiting. Shuttle loaded our bags and we immediately left for port. Upon returning we were picked up in less than 2 minutes and shuttled back to the parking garage. Professional driver and great personality.

The app does not give the address to the parking garage. Once I found a close address I could not find the shuttle to the ship. No clear signs for parking and no one would answer the phone to help. Horrible experience and ended up parking at the port and wasting money. Worst experience ever as this appears to be a scam.

It was easy to park. Shuttle to and from the port.The drivers were knowledgeable and polite. Will use WePark again. Thank you for great service.

We missed the first van for pickup. They said 25 minutes for the next one. With repeated phone calls we ended up taking a taxi with other people after 2 hours. Their sister van company came through 5 times. They kept lying about a van coming.

When we arrived, it wasn't clear how to check in. We waited in line awhile before deciding to walk around and see if there was an official place to check in. The wait for the shuttle to the boat was longer than anticipated, so we were late for our boarding time. Then on the way back, we couldn't find a single shuttle so we had to walk a mile to public transportation and then was a few blocks to the garage.

The driver handed my backpack that was in the trunk to another passenger and my perfume disappeared.
